帝國飯店(Hotel Imperial)

Das Hotel Imperial in Köln-Ehrenfeld war für meine Geschäftsreise perfekt gelegen. Extrem positiv überrascht wurde ich dann von einem sehr bequemen Bett, einem liebevollen Frühstücksbuffet - und v. a. von einer außergewöhnlichen Flexibilität und Kundennähe, die wohl nur ein privat geführtes Haus bieten kann: Jede Ansprechperson fühlte sich wirklich verantwortlich für das Wohlergehen der Gäste, und das alles mit einer freundlich-authentischen Lockerheit. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

We loved our stay here. Big room with en suite, air-con, dining table, sofa, TV, lots of storage space. Warm welcome and super helpful staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Very convenient location. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely three nights at the Hotel Imperial. In fact, it was our favourite hotel of the three we stayed in whilst travelling around Germany for a week. The hotel is in an ideal location and a 5-10 minute walk from Venloerstrasse-a street with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. In fact it’s much better to get a meal here as opposed to some of the tourist traps nearer the Altstadt. You can walk from the hotel to the Cathedral in about 35 mins or otherwise the public transport is 5-10 mins walk. We had a very comfortable and quiet room on the third floor. All amenities we needed were provided. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A shout out to Hert Engelmann who was patient and complimentary with my rusty German and who gave us some excellent t restaurant tips. Would definitely return.

The best or nothing. I had a great experience. I will stay here again. The room was amazing, and the staff were polite and professional.

Really kind a courteous staff. Room was clean and the bathroom was way bigger and fancier than expected. Huge recommendation!

Our first impression was awful as we spent 45 minutes convincing the receptionist we actually had a booking, even getting ********** involved. When she finally gave us our room it was the wrong one and there was no apology, just the impression we were imposing on her. In fact, all staff I encountered were rude and suspicious. The room was ok, though 2 single beds put together to make a double and very dated furniture. I wouldn't stay again.
