機場凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Airport)

喜歡這個地區和位置。靠近一切。唯一讓我失望的是游泳池和熱水浴缸因任何原因關閉。這是我預訂這家酒店的原因之一。否則，服務和清潔度都很棒。 希望我在預訂房間時就知道游泳池和熱水浴缸。

Clean and reasonably priced. Courteous staff. I left before breakfast - so I've no input on that. Close to Airport!

Wi-Fi and cable went out for an entire day with no notification. Key card was deactivated before I was officially checked out requiring the front desk to let me in my room to finish getting my stuff out.

My only complaint was that the shower malfunctioned in that I couldn’t regulate the temp and was scalded a couple of times. When trying to get the warm water, I had to run the water quite a long time. When I finally would get the temp right and step in it would either scald me or go cold.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable! The continental breakfast was so good! There were scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as a variety of cold cereal, toast, donuts and juice! It was very delicious!

Really enjoy staying here it's one of our go to spots great price and availability. What makes it the best is the staff hands down the best staff they always help and are accommodating to our needs. Great breakfast each morning and easy check in and check out. The only things I would change here are access to other doors needs to be updated for guests to have more convienience and I also would do an after hours for adults only to access the hot tub as well. Late checkout should be a chargeable option.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Bed really hard, and heater really load. Breakfast was slim picking.

The staff here was the best part of our stay by far. All of them were super helpful and friendly we felt right at home. The facility is nice and clean and it was ready to get to parking would love to have an elevator to use but the service received more than made up for that. They also have a wonderful breakfast in the morning that we enjoyed also. Will definitely be coming back.
