科爾頓舒適套房飯店(Comfort Inn and Suites Colton/San Bernardino)

Problems started at check-in. Staff we’re unprofessional, especially Ericka. There was a miscommunication between the hotel and *******. Instead of asking me to come to reception area, they yelled from the hallway of my bedroom. As for the hotel, the phone did not work. It was dirty and had a bad odor. I reserved a room for 4 and they only gave me two towels. When I asked for more, they were rude. The hotel is unsafe. The doors are left open using rocks all night long. I would not recommend this place to anyone:

We got our room robbed and they stole 3 sets of keys and a car. The carpets were disgusting. The manager we’re extremely unhelpful after the break in. The cops even said they think it was an inside job cus it happens all the time.

It was awful. The room first given was so smelly we asked for different room. They did accommodated however that room did Not have a microwave there were roaches in the bathroom. The hair dryer was NOT functional an the air conditioner was not running very well. We were allowed to go get microwave from stinky room and beong a Saturday night we didn't find any vacancies nearby. I was very embarrassed to have taken my friend to that place

The property was dirty. There were a lot of alcohol containers on the floor throughout the parking lot. There was a nadty smell in the hallways and in the rooms. Our room had spiderwebs and dead bugs. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had various notifications throughout the night about disturbances to our car. One of those my husband went out and saw a guy checking car doors. This is a very unsafe property. We regretted staying at this property. Breakfast was horrible. The ham was burnt and the eggs did not taste good at all. They had fruit such as bananas and apples in a basket which were rotten and had bugs on them. I attempted to call front desk to complain about our room and front desk was on his cell phone ignoring the calls. This place is definetly not even worth 60 bucks a night so 150 was a rip off

I was here for a soccer tournament with my son expecting had a great couple days near where the games are when I book I asked for the room close to the pool even when I get to the hotel to check in I told them to make sure I got a room next to the pool they don’t say anything about the pool the pool was really nasty dirty green water on Cucarachas shush that was really bad and I went to the front Dess told him how come you guys didn’t say anything about the pool I left the hotel they don’t care they don’t help me I still waiting for the manager to call me because I left my phone number because she wasn’t there and let’s see how long I had to wait to get a call from her

The room was not dusted. The pool(green water) and jacoozi were both closed “until further notice” and this is not disclosed when I reserved my room. I reserved here specifically for the pool access. Not bellman’s carts. No assistance offered to get to the room.

They were short staffed but the one worker there was very nice. The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans. The area didn't seem safe. Rooms are older and shade lamps were stained.

Clean, most staff friendly, front desk lady was ok, free breakfast was ok , milk was nasty and expired , its non smoking rooms but many were smoking **** inside which penetrated the hallways and made my kiddo as well as myself get pretty sick

Nice hotel - convenient for transport links. Spacious, clean room, breakfast with plenty of options, pleasant pool and garden area.
