Wasn’t expecting the breakfast to be so good either; the bar food was beyond great

The staff here was wonderful; Yvette in particular. Whether I was coming or going, I was always greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The room was clean and the hotel is located in the middle of everything.

They were busy and sold out so no early check in for us. The room was clean mostly but looking around, bathroom walls needed washed. Little things were in need of repair. It was fine for one night. Many sirens on the street.

Check in was supposed to be 3 we couldn't check in till 6. Room was extremely hot when we got in it. They pnly had half a roll of toilet paper in room. No body wash in the container

Website says FREE parking, it cost $12. The website says nothing about the pet fee of $75.

Upon check in I was offered a room on the second floor that was dated and in need of repair. I then spoke with Dylan at the front desk, who should not speak to customers given his abrupt, condescending tone, about waiting until after 3pm when more rooms would be clean and ready, no problem. When I returned to the front desk at 6pm Maria quickly found a comfortable room on the 6th floor. I do like having the kitchen amenities and larger living space for a more home like feel after a long day from my business trip. The location was convenient and within walking distance to many things locally. The bathroom is clean, smaller but updated and could use a bit more water pressure. However, overall a comfortable stay for the price. Be aware they charge a daily parking fee that I was surprised by since the cars are not garaged and I don’t believe was disclosed on *******.

Check in was at 3:00 and my room wasn’t ready u too 5:10. They also make you pay 13.00 to park . The breakfast was terrible and everything was dry. For the amount of money I was very disappointed . They did not try and compensate me for the 5:10 check in time.

Check in was easy, room was spacious, parking was convenient. Centrally located. Would stay there again.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and everyone had to be evacuated for no reason. Heard this was not the first time. Does it happen. Obviously this happens on a regular basis.
