Very old property. Beds were fine and linens clean. Very cramped bathroom. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Ok for an overnight sleep.

When attempting to check in we were told we had booked a smoking room. If so it was inadvertent as we have allergies. Clerk said there was a non-smoking available so we asked to be changed. Clerk said she couldn’t do that. Hotel was filthy and unsafe. Door to check in was even kept locked. We didn’t stay and may never get a refund but it wasn’t acceptable. We weren’t expecting much but it was too bad to stay n

Well when I checked in they gave me a non smoking room last one they said this is what I wanted when I walked in the familiar smoke smell hit me so I checked under the mattress to find a crack pipe and a used drug straw wrapped in a wash cloth so I went back to office and they gave me there best handicap room to where the shower head was 4’ high and I’m 6’.2” and it had a full high tub I’ve never saw that for a handicap anyway the bed was so hard but I was tired and made it overall $124.00 a night ****** NOT WORTH $40

This place was disgusting! The bed sheet had a stain on it. The heater was very loud. I would like to say it was clean and cheap which is sometimes all you want. But this is definitely questionable. Lots of excuses about Covid. In 2022 we have to learn to function with Covid. The excuse of no breakfast offerings and the inability to clean. You are a complete failure

The shower faucet was bent and so it was a challenge to get the water temp just right. The commode flush is very slow. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful tho.

For the price, this hotel was bare bones minimum, not even a box of tissues in the room. The building needs serious renovation, the towels were very worn and thin, and the lobby stayed locked, indicating safety concerns. We just needed a place to stay overnight, but for the price, a few more extras and some coffee in the morning would have been a whole lot better.

Easy to make reservations. Clean room and great shower. Would stay there again.

A surprise $50. Tax recovery fee tacked on the bill. Lobby locked, girl in the locked, glassed in box wouldn't give a printed check in sheet with price. Neither would owner as we checked out. Said he'd send the receipt via email. We received the email when we were well on our way. Don't trust these people! Remodeled? Barely. Just put new on top of dirty and old. Clean? Maybe by third world standards. Smoke free room? Only when those who get the room don't smoke? Not when the room nextdoor is not? Not when there's a cigarette burn on the tub. Refrigerator and microwave in room? Nope! Just an open box where frig should have been. The girl in the glass box has a creepy smile that indicates she knows she is lying when she says the amount to be charged to your card is $88. (******* said the total charge would be $103.80.) This owner family is raping tired travelers. They are giving the Red Roof Inn brand a bad name. And they're giving Hindus a bad reputation. Shameful.

We needed directions to our next destination and they were very helpful with that. The room was clean BUT the bathroom floor was very very wavy. They put down cheap flooring. Either they didn't glue it down or there was a leak from the toilet or tub. It looked like this happened some time ago and they never fixed the floor. Won't stay there again.
