哥倫比亞希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Columbia)

The staff was friendly and courteous. 5 stars for the staff! The property was terrible: the bathroom door handle fell of first time we grabbed it. Wifi didn’t work. The shower curtain rod nearly fell down because all of the screws were loose. I can’t believe they’re allowed to call this a Hilton.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff were all very nice. The hot tub was not working which I was looking forward to but the most disappointing experience is when my husband and I went to breakfast and the cook was not nice she continued to ask for my vouchers which I presented immediately upon arrival. There were many guests behind me who she never asked if they paid or if they had their vouchers. My husband was followed around and told this was not all you can eat when he grabbed a plate to place over the food he couldn’t finish.

Nice hotel, with an indoor pool. Room was ok with the beds comfortable but worn. Sliding closet door was broken. Room was clean as were sheets. Bathroom could use better ventilation. Tv, AC, and wifi all worked well. Hot show and water pressure good. Ice machine, not so great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool clean but spa not working. Free breakfast woula be nice.

Location convenient. For Hilton, it was a little older. The bathroom shower had mold/mildew around grab bar. The fan in bathroom was non-functional. The furniture was old/worn and the closet mirror had a huge crack. The hotel was noisy. Breakfast not included 😜

The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades but its overall a nice place. The spa tub was out of order which was a bit disappointing and the pool could use some renovations as well. I would give the hotel a 6/7 out of 10.

We checked in to find our room was missing the blackout curtains. It left us with no way to block out the glaring sun at 7:15am. We specifically booked a hotel with a hot tub/pool area to relax. The hot tub was not only broken, it was full of stagnant brown water that smelled of mold and mildew. We attempted to use the pool but it was too cold despite being an indoor pool. The staff was nice, but there was obviously nothing they could do to resolve these issues. The next morning, we turned the shower on and got about 2 minutes in before the plumbing started literally screeching through the shower head. We would have had a better stay at a motel. I couldn’t even get sleep or take a proper shower which are the 2 most important things for a hotel.

Overall stay was meh. Hot tub was closed and not told to us ahead of time or on booking site. Pool didn't look clean/tended to, lights were basically out in the pool room, no towels in pool room and towels in room were very small and didn't even fit around our waists. Only saving grace was the Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet for the most part. But for $100 a night I would stay somewhere else. Needs updating and more employee presence. Front desk was sitting in the lounge area everytime we passed the lobby, even when we needed to check-in.

It is an OK normal Hilton garden experience, nothing exceptional. Neat rooms, friendly staff. The biscuit and gravy was very nice. The pool though was not clean so I couldn't go in. Looks like it hasn't been in use for awhile.
