To start with upon check in no one was at the front desk for about 10 minutes. Once someone did show up the check in went fairly quick however was never told that the water was off for repairs so was quite caught off guard after using the bathroom after a long drive. Appliances were discolored and outdated. The room had a very bad odor, glad there was a Wal-Mart just down the street. Will not stay there again.

The room was dirty and smelled bad! The sheets &mattress had blood stains on them, the floor tile had tears in them and they were very dirty. The bathroom door had blood splatter on it. They charged us 325.00 for two days way too much to live in terrible place ... It was supposed to be a suite, but they didn't provide anything at all. We are very disappointed I tried to tell the lady up front but she didn't speak English and couldn't understand me. I wanted a refund to get out of that place but we were forced to stay because the owner couldn't understand what we needed. Ppl would sit out front and smoke pot and it made me feel very uneasy. We learned a hard lesson here!! ******* I wouldn't be promoting such a disgusting place.

The rooms are dirty, bathroom tub has orange streaks in it, lampshades are stained, paint is scraped off in multiple areas, pull out couch cover dirty, no sheets/ blankets for pull out couch, only 2 towels & washcloths, paint marks/ splatter on couch cushions.

No me gustó que solo pusieron un jabón para el aseo para 3 noches y nunca cambiaron las toallas de baño.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was a little bit outdated but was priced accordingly.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past year and found it a good value. Our most recent stay, in late December 2023, was a shockingly different experience. The bathroom was dirty - not cleaned before we arrived. The sink was stopped, the toilet was stopped, I corrected these problems myself, because there was only one staff person on premises and, though kindly, she had no ability to remedy. There was poor lighting in the bathroom, a lamp with dangerously loose wiring next to the bed, a bicycle that could not be adjusted in the exercise room, no cleaning supplies in the exercise room. I did contact the general manager several times, as instructed to do by the front desk staff person, but have gotten no reply. Therefore, I am leaving this review. Don't know what to say. These are solvable problems.

The area that the hotel is surrounded by is amazing. Me and my fiancé do not know the area but was pleasantly surprised to see the hotel is walking distance from several dining restaurants, etc in 2 separate plazas. As far as inside the hotel is concerned, for the first night we were given the standard room, which is fine since this is what we purchased, however walking inside the room I immediately spelled a “old dated” smell. There was carpet in the room so it was very obvious the heavy smell was coming from there. It was extremely pungent in the smell. Very dissatisfying to be honest. The kitchen cabinets were extremely dirty. I do not believe it was cleaned at all. The furniture in the room was also extremely dated. The next morning we upgraded to a bigger room that the front desk agent was kind enough to give us at no additional charge. Overall stay inside the hotel, it needs serious upgrading for the pricing point. But if you need a place to lay your head, and be close to shopping centers in a safe neighborhood then this is the place.

Least amenities possible, grabs d go breakfast was a few trial size granola bars even at 715am. Very small bathroom for two double beds, tiny shampoo and soap, had to buy trial size at Walmart nearby. Towels not bath size. Disappointed will stay next store next time.

Place was very unkept. Toilet was clogged, so I went to the front desk to report it and request maintenance. I was given a plunger and said to try this.
