Just right! Would stay again!

We were in town because we l9st a family member, the staff was so nice and accommodating to a very fluid situation. I usally stay at the Dury, but this hotel will be my go to in ycolumbia now.

Don’t like that the bathroom light & fan came on at the same time, couldn’t handle the noise while getting ready in the morning and went to the bathroom in the dark at night too

Greeted immediately so warmly by the desk gentleman. Fast check in as well and saw that they fully stock their snack and sundries area perfectly. We noted that The space for their free hot breakfast was wonderful and spacious. Upon entry to our room, we noticed the halls were wide and clean. Our room was gorgeous. Huge and so comfortable. Completely clean and smelled clean. Doordash delivered a wonderful meal to us at the hotel from a nearby restaurant called Hawaiian Bros and what a meal! Our bed was so comfortable, the tv offered so many channels and it was so quiet at night. The next morning….what a free breakfast offered! Thank you! We were able to enjoy a big selection of breakfast items, hot and cold and the coffee was great too! Staff was warm and helpful….truly friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Some of the hot tub jets need serviced. That is the extent of my complaint. Everything else was quality. I'm in HVAC and it's amazing how many hotels and BNBs have dirty filters. The unit for this room had clean filters. I highly recommend this place. Clean sheets, comfy bed, quite room.

Stayed at Wingate by Wyndham in Columbia one night for a business trip right after Christmas. When I checked into my room, I smelled smoke--and this is a non-smoking room. I also had trouble with the tv. So I contacted the Front Desk and they immediately addressed my concerns and checked me into a room across the hall. It was great; no odor of smoke, the tv worked fine and the bed was super comfy! Terrific to have coffee and bottled water in the morning to take with me on the road. Excellent experience!

Nice, quiet, comfortable, affordable. Nothing exceptional, so 4 stars, just a nice place to stay.

Im 2/3 way through a 12 night stay. Most of the staff are very nice. Need to be early for breakfast as some items run out. Towels at the pool are not restocked, completely empty 4 out of 8 days, random hours of the day. Housekeeping not a priority
