哥倫比亞哈比森雅樂軒飯店(Aloft Columbia Harbison)

I slipped in the tub.. my room bathroom is terrible.. the shower door gets water on the floor. Water was everywhere.. I really am disappointed about this stay!!

Place really needs a good cleaning. Also, the service is horrible. I requested room cleaning twice and did not get it. The bartender tried to over charge me for a drink by quoting a higher price than the drink cost. The best part was the professional front desk person in the evening who was so nice. She should be a manager. She was awesome!!! Otherwise, I would have checked out that night.

Just a short business trip to the area. Ended up needing to stay an extra night due to "Nicole" (tropical storm) passing through which Aloft managers handled with no issues. A nicely stocked bar for such a small place, and Tim at the bar knew his drinks. Liked the cozy seating and fireplace in lobby instead of having to just sit in the room after a long day. Room was clean; staff accommodating and very nice.

The hotel was clean enough, but the experience overall was not what we expect from an Aloft. 1) Multiple employees were standing around while the main desk line increased for folks wanting to check in. Once checked in, we got to our room to see it hadn't been cleaned yet. 2) The bartender didn't seem to know how to make basic drinks like an old fashioned. 3) No breakfast sandwiches were in stock, so the staff member recommended we go to the Holiday Inn Express next door for breakfast. Not necessarily bad, just weird experiences.

My stay was wonderful. They were able to accommodate me with my early check in situation, and my room was very clean. Everyone was friendly and offered assistance.

The stay was very relaxing. The room was clean.Tina was very professional and a great help with assisting me.Price was a little high for this time of the year.But I know Inflation .

Great location with many dining and shopping choices. However, the check-in was a little slow and problematic.

The room was in very poor condition with paint chipping, and dirty looking shower. There was a very odd smell in the room, and if we hadn’t had been so exhausted when we checked in we would have asked to be switched. We have stayed at an Aloft hotel before and was very pleased. This was incredibly disappointing. I am glad it was only for one night.
