Our stay was fabulous , our family of 5 was exhausted from our 2 nd 8hr drive back home , I believe her name is Dana. She was very sweet and understanding and accommodating to get us checked in. Make sure we have everything so we didn’t have to come back down and get us to our beds quickly. I asked for a late check out, feeling the way I did that moment but didn’t end up needing it . The lady at the front desk in the morning was very informational, understanding and compassionate. THE BEDS ARE COMFORTABLY . The lobby and the rooms are up-to-date and fancy and spacious

This hotel is nice , clean and perfect location for Army base. However , unable to have breakfast both morning during our stay. First and second morning staff was coughing and sniffing while preparing breakfast.

Wonderful stay! Room was exceptionally clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond customer service. Bed very comfy, room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Everything we need is there. Definitely will stay here again.

Bikes were stolen in parking lot. This hotel and area is completely unsafe. Knowing that the area is unsafe, guests should be forwarded at check in or have a security guard patrol 24/7.

The room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Dana checked us in and she was super friendly and helpful. Actually the whole staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

The front staff were very hospitable! Lisa the manager made sure that our room was accessible for my disabled husband. Thank you!

The staff was great - friendly and helpful. The room was clean. One of the bed pillows, however, smelled like dirty head - or body oil, and 2 of the 3 pillows were too soft and collapsable. Breakfast was a "O" for us as it was all starch, no eggs or bacon etc. The mattress squeaked and sagged a bit. In addition, it is a "pet friendly" hotel, but there were several large Fire Ant hills around the property one cannot safely allow their dog to "do their business".

The hotel is very nice but heavy traffic makes it difficult and dangerous to enter the building's parking lot.

The hotel itself is very nice. The surrounding area is run down with no access to safe and enjoyable walking. If you’re traveling with a dog, you may want to find a hotel in an area that is more enjoyable to walk your pet.
