Upon arriving at the facility, the front desk stated they did not have an itinerary under my name. Offered no help to figuring out why not. I showed them the receipt from Travelocity and they further stated they didn’t have it. Told me to call Travelocity, and simply walked away. I called and they said they sent it again, I went back to the front desk, and the manager on duty states to me”so they never sent it in the first place.” She again doesn’t receive it, and offers no help. I call Travelocity again, who finally gets her on the phone. She refused to tell the Travelocity agent her name. When I asked for it to make a complaint, because she was so rude and unhelpful, she refused to give it to me. Stated she “wasn’t comfortable with that.” They finally got us in the system, then tried to book us in a dirty room. We get to the second room and the bed cover has a stain on it. This was just a horrible experience with a 2 year in tow, and the rudest employee. 0/10.
