Older setting Needed more towels in room No plugs conveniently accessible in room Only one key issued at check in for 2 guest-we requested second. No explanation of breakfast food/drinks available to guests ( heard another employee advising a person checking in)

Booked this hotel because we were going to the Columbus Zoo and wanted the kids to have a nice pool to cool off in after a long day. Check in only to find the pool was closed for remodeling, no mention of this at all anywhere on the site. Only 1 elevator was working, and all the rear entrances were closed off as well.

My room was really clean, a trash can wasnt empty on complaint with room. The carpets in hallway needed vacuumed and on elevator needed to be cleaned. I was really upset about no acess to pool or work facility. My boyfriend couldnt work out. I was so looking forward to swimming.

Great experience at this Courtyard, as usual! It is still being remodeled, but that did not interfere with our stay. Our room was ready well before we arrived and was impeccably clean. Looking forward to our next stay!

I didn't like that the pool was closed. It was also very inconvenient that the only entrance open was the main entrance. We have stayed mutiple times in the pas and you were always allowed to youe key card at all outside entrances.

The hotel is being renovated and that was not disclosed until check-in. That left the exercise facility, pool and one elevator closed. This would have impacted my decision to choose this hotel.

Could only enter the main doors due to construction. No trash can in the room and outlet by the sink didn’t work. Nice facility overall with good upgrades.

We were welcomed and accommodated as we arrived a bit earlier than check in. Accommodations were perfect.

This property was recently upgraded, and speaking generally it is very nice. Very clean. I would probably stay there again. However... Their upgrades caused some issues that need to be addressed. It is hard to open the new room doors. Seriously. You have to finesse the lock and then throw yourself into the door at the exact right second. Also it appears they removed a bunch of outlets in the room. It should not be a challenging to charge your computer at the desk or your phone on the night stand. Mostly good, but some really dumb things that need to be fixed.
