Pretty good, the room is big.

Good breakfast

Hotel was esthetically pleasing. It shows well. It falls apart in the details. The bed was lumpy and hard. Couch was stained with who knows what. I got food poisoning from the breakfast bar. Glad we were only there one night. Even though it ruined our stay and we had to leave the city early

room laid out terribly. toilet and shower in two different rooms. tv could not be seen while in bed. sink in the toilet room would not drain. toilet right next to bed, so every sound in toilet is heard by the person you shared a room with. I paid extra for an accessible room. I got there right at check in and was told that room was not available, despite my having paid for the room almost a month in advance. no discount was given for such a blunder. guest greeter acted like he felt pure contempt for my being there. this was my first time using the Marriot chain. this will be my last.

We checked in Friday evening, there were kids running all over the hotel, they were playing in the fitness room and in the pool area without any supervision. The kids were running up and down the hallways and banging on doors until 1:00 am (same activity occurred Saturday night). Saturday finally got to sleep around 1:30 am due to the noise outside our room again only to be woken by people outside yelling and at one point either the police or security showed up with a bull horn telling the people to get inside. When reported to the front desk at check out the guy said we've had several complaints but didn't apologize or offer any discount.

Horrible experience. There were rooms of loud unsupervised teens around us, knocking on doors, slamming doors over and over from 2:30 am until 4:00 am. After numerous attempts to talk to the teens to no avail, I contacted the front desk who did next to nothing and the noise continued on. No sleep for me or my 97 yr old father. Luckily the hotel manager offered a refund, but then ******* gave me a hard time about giving me a refund saying they couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the hotel to give them approval for a refund. Had to call hotel myself and had them call *******. Will never use ******* again!!

They gave me a room which is just next to the railway. I did not see it since it was dark night when I got there. It was so so so noisy the whole night. I did not sleep at all. I went to report to the front desk, the receptionist said nothing other than ok.

Friendly staff. We had a room with a split bathroom, which was convenient, but there was no shelf or counter space in the toilet room to put toiletries while getting ready. Pillows are small. I regretted not bringing my own. Clean, decent breakfast, spacious room.
