哥倫布市中心萬麗飯店(Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel)

The staff was rude and pushy and the hotel is old and you could tell havjng to go to different floors just to get ice documentstion is different than what they off when you call to talk to simeone about it you get its a typo and the staff is rude when having to deal with issues and they dont listen to you.

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Columbus. Staff are awesome and Julie at the front desk is one of the most helpful and friendly hotel staff person I’ve encountered in all my travel over the last few years.

We were not told anything upon checkin (where the elevators were, what time checkout was, what time breakfast was). My fiancé asked for a receipt and was given a dirty look from the gentleman behind the counter. Room was ok. Mold was noticed in the bathroom and the wall adjacent to the door was damaged.

Hotel needs updated, staff was friendly. What made this stay so bad was other guest’s partying on the floor like it is a college dorm until around 3:30 am. Front desk/ security was called twice personally by me. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but this was the worst stay at any hotel I have ever been to.

When we arrived, we were told that the pool was closed for maintenance (which was not advertised on **********). We expressed disappoin**ent to the person who checked us in, and he assured us that Renaissance had communicated this to third-party sites. The staff there was great, and they accommodated us the best they could, but we booked the hotel *just* for the pool, so it was a very disappointing Fourth of July. The stay was lovely, but I'm disappointed that ********** didn't communicate this closure.

It is run down there are no amenities to speak of and I chose this based on rooftop pool which is not open and has not been open for a year. I called 6 times to get relocated and got no where kept getting hung up on

The staff at the desk was great, everyone was so nice, the only problem I had was getting in my car and a valet driver had cut me off almost potentially causing an accident. The whole place is clean, but it isn’t anything out of the ordinary for a hotel. At least for me. I recommend this place solely for the nice staff.
