普瑞米爾朗杜德諾格朗-康維飯店(Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy))

The 4th time I have stayed at a Premier Inn with a 6 month period. Unfortunately this stay (1night) was disappointing… the shower was very poor and not hot … far from it. The key cards continually failed. My daughter stayed in a room opposite and had exactly same issues. This PI needs a revamp. We had meal deal but unfortunately I was given wrong selection of food for evening meal but as it had taken us 10hours travelling (from Ireland) I couldn’t be bothered to say anything, I was too hungry.

Stayed at many Premier Inn's disappointed with this one, found it to be dull and dated. The check in staff was lovely, the breakfast staff was great too (thanks Betty). The restaurant staff were less helpful. Had booked to have meal deal, had to queue for a while, eventually a member of staff arrived to say 'just pick any table', did not inform us we had to go to bar to order. We realised after managing to get attention from a member of staff. Ordered meal and asked for steak to be 'well done', meal arrived and steak had to be sent back as undercooked, whereas the rest of the meal was overcooked, the egg was well done, the fries were overcooked, and generally the food was well below expectation. Both left most of the main as past the point of wanting it. Tables and cutlery need more attention when cleaned.

Had an amazing stay here from 17-21 July staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming especially Sam on reception credit to the company. Lots to do in the area local shops and only a few miles from Llandudno very convenient if your planning on a family day out

The rooms were the standard premier inn rooms , but the heating was not working in either room. We had to borrow an oil filled radiator from reception as we had wet clothes we needed to dry. They also managed to get our breakfast order wrong , and we had to ask for a refund. The parking and hotel position were fine and as we expected

Conveniently situated; easy parking with lovely restaurant next door. Staff really friendly; always someone on duty. The room was airy; clean & quiet. The best Premier In I've stayed in. It just had everything needed to make a holiday comfortable & enjoyable.

Room was in need of a refurbishment as rust under taps, towel rail soap dispenser was rusty and looked very unhygienic. Toilet seat was 3 sizes too small it just covered the inside of toilet pan. Curtains falling in the middle as it was missing runners. Hair in sink and on bath. Not the cleanest of places and looked so tired. Won’t be going here again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Excellent cleanliness of rooms and a very comfortable bed!

Had food in the restaurant with my daughter and it was lovely as allways , staff are so friendly and happy to help with enything . There is one member of staff who I won't name drop but she went out of her way to make me one of the best side sales iv had . It was so fresh and coulerfull I also got to be the first to try her new sauce she has been working on it was lovely . What the heck NATALIE thanks for the saled and i advise people in the future trying her musterd hunny dip

The staff are really lovely here. The rooms had a strange smell to them, which was a little off putting, but ok. The breakfast was at the Brewers Fayre next door and again the staff were lovely and made sure to support me with my food intolerance.
