阿布裡奇佩雷利尼宮旅館(Palazzo Albricci Peregrini)

Ficamos por 3 noites nesse hotel. Tudo muito bem cuidado e de muita qualidade. Ficamos na suíte 7 com uma boa banheira de hidromassagem. Cama ótima, lencois e travesseiros de qualidade, wifi funcionando muito bem! Pessoal muito simpatico e atencioso! Uma nota 10 para JULIE. Tentando sempre ajudar com muito cuidado e carinho! Muito obrigado Julie! O único ponto de atenção, que eu já reportei ao hotel, é com relação ao café da manhã. As meninas, super atenciosas e querendo fazer o melhor para um "café gourmet", acabam demorando muito a servir os produtos. Mais de 01 hora para tomar o café, às vezes, para algumas pessoas é muito. Entendo que deveria haver mais flexibilidade para servir aquilo que o hóspede quiser e na hora que ele quiser! No mais, tudo nota 10!! Super recomendo!

Quel bel hôtel en plein centre historique de Como. Un ancien palais. Le raffinement extrême de l’accueil, de la décoration, des matériaux et matières premières. Le service impeccable. TOUT est juste, efficace et sincère. On ressent la sincérité dans l’accueil : vous n’êtes pas un « client » vous êtes un véritable « hôte ». Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable. Pas de buffet mais une véritable « cérémonie ». En plus le service en français est possible. Un immense MERCI aussi pour le surclassement. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.

El desayuno es increíble, una experiencia maravillosa para disfrutar despacio y con hambre. un entorno único cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. felicitar a Elena responsable del equipo por sus magníficos tips, ayuda en todo momento y servicio impecable. estamos deseando volver. muchísimas gracias

Das Hotel ist wunderbar, insbesondere das Frühstück ist outstanding. Und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Prima volta in un palazzo storico. Siamo stati accolti a braccia aperte come se fossimo a casa nostra! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile anche per scoprire e visitare al meglio la città di Como. Camera a dir poco mozzafiato: una cura nei dettagli che trasmette molto calore. Colazione a 5 stelle: servizio impeccabile con pieno rispetto della normativa anti-Covid. Consigliatissimo!

Die Positiven Punkte: - Sehr freundlicher Empfang - Zuvorkommender Service - Wunderschönes Gebäude - Stilvolle und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Zimmer - Super Frühstück - Gutes Abendessen - Top-Lage Der einzige Negativpunkt: Die Klimaanlage - Hatten das Zimmer "La Grisa", dieses erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Die Klimaanlage ist aber leider so ausgerichtet, dass es nur den unteren Teil kühlt / entfeuchtet. Oben sinkt die Temperatur nur minim. Wir haben am Schluss gesehen, dass auf der oberen Etage eine ähnliche Öffnung besteht, welche nicht funktionierte. Wir sind uns aber nicht 100 % sicher, ob das auch eine Klimaanlage-Öffnung war / ist.

We stayed here based on all the 5 star reviews First the good. Excellent location right in the center of Como in the pedestrian zone. A bit difficult to get to if you are driving yourself. About a block from the cathedral square. Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. They will do anything to help you and take care of you. It is indeed a restored palazzo and each room is unique. Bathrooms have been renovated with good hot water and pressure . The breakfasts are served to you with several very interesting choices some of which change daily. Food is excellent. Next the not so good. Quaint and charming does not always translate into luxurious rooms. It is not inexpensive to stay here and we did not find all the furniture up to par. There was pervasive perfume throughout as if they were trying to hide something . I have never experienced this before and it gave my wife a severe migraine which she rarely gets. The staff were responsive and changed our room to another with no carpeting. And we were able to complete our stay. Hence 4 stars. If you have any fragrance allergies this place is not for you.

Loved our 4-night stay in this fabulous heritage hotel in the heart of the old city. Quiet and serene surroundings, great breakfast and staff. We stayed in the Carta da Zucchero room on the first floor overlooking the street, but no noise at all! Stylish furnishings in the bedroom and bathroom. Also, if you just want a simple meal in the evening, it’s possible to purchase wine by the glass and a charcuterie plate to eat in the garden. Thank you Julie and all the lovely people in this hotel. We also met the owner, a graceful lady in a gorgeous silk dress who said hello to us…

Not much to write about here, it's all fantastic. Rooms are beautiful, large bathrooms with proper high pressure showers, staff are terrific. You're in the middle of Como, it's a no brainer. Best hotel we have stayed in on our current Europe trip.
