巴里福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Barrie)

Booked a suite with a fireplace and jetted tub after a rough day where our pipes froze and burst. Cold and sore my husband and I wanted both of the features this suite offered. We arrived to find out that the suite was not available and we were put into a room directly in front of a noisy ice maker, kids dining up and down the hall at 11pm and only a stand up shower. The man at the desk obviously had better things to do than assist me, and was cold and robotic when I tried to explain the situation. Horrible waste.

It was very noisy; children running up and down the halls all hours and yelling. Air conditioning unit spewed out a bunch of dust and dirt when turned on to cool the room down—the unit in the living room and bedroom (had a 1 bedroom suite). Neither TV worked properly; 3 to 4 second delay every 10-15 seconds made it impossible to watch a program continuously. The entire room was worn and dingy. Not at all like I remember it from 2 years ago. For the price I will stay elsewhere.

When I originally checked in the onsite manger tried to give me a queen istead of the king I paid for:( he said they have nothing:( then when unsaid I would make a formal complaint he gave me a handicap room with a king….flys and bugs 🐛 in room and mild all along shower floor and base walls:( Would NOT recommend this hotel avoid at all costs!

Bed was comfy. We reserved a King bed but they overbooked so we got 2 doubles which was really unfortunate due to organization. Bathroom shower was NASTY. Staff was rude.

Very dated room, not clean at all. Found ketchup and food in pull out couch. Bathroom sink did not drain at all. For the price paid we expected better

Good for the price but having a trainee at night to perform check in and has no experience is very bad
