孟菲斯沃爾夫切斯加勒里亞希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Memphis Wolfchase Galleria)

It was old and not updated. The carpet was old. When you flushed the toilet it ran very loudly and for an extended period of time. I have stayed in many Hilton Garden Inns and this room looked like I was in a motel 6. It was not up to the standards of other Hiltons I have been in.

The property area and staff were great. *******, slightly, raised the price after I had chosen their price. ******* also stated the taxes and all were covered, NOT. ******* receive one ⭐️.

Booked 2 rooms for adults and kids and they can’t even put us on the same floor without charging me more. Have had to change rooms twice. First smelled of cigarettes and the second room had a busted AC and stunk. The hotel is dirty and hot. I stayed here once before and was given a room that had never been cleaned after the last guest. Hilton is my go-to but the ball has been dropped in Memphis.

The property was ok. The air conditioning unit in the middle of the night switched to putting out heat. Went to sleep it was 65 woke at 2 am and it was 80 degrees. Called front desk and was told they would submit it to maintenance and they would get to it in the morning and that I would have to “make do” until morning. I informed him that no they would have to get us another room. Grudgingly he did and when he came to let us into the new one he was rude and mad like we were putting him out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Our room was ready and clean even though we made a late reservation. The beds were so comfortable, falling asleep came easy.

John was amazing and mad check in super easy! The entire staff is super nice and made our staying very enjoyable.

My room door didn’t close all the way without pulling it. The entry lights didn’t work. I called the front desk for towels, waited two hours, and they didn’t bring them. Had to go down to the desk and get them, and when they gave them to me, they didn’t have wash cloths available.

The lobby decor was nice. The checkin clerk was nice but not informative. She did not inform of the every other day room cleaning policy. When the clerk quoted the total price, we had to ask what was the extra $100 charge and after inquiring then was told it was for incidentals and would be refunded if we had none. There is no paper work for your review., if we have any questions or inaccuracies we will only be aware after we have left property. The room had a non functioning iron, a dirty cleaning towel in the corner, and a bed that felt and sounded like it was in wooden slats. Creaking and cracking just sitting on it, or rolling over. The linens seemed as if they have not been replaced in years. The shower design does not make good sense. The door slides near the shower head, however to turn on water and adjust temperature you must reach through shower spray because the handles are on the back wall of the shower closer to the back shower door that does not move. I would say location is great, staff is kind and welcoming but the property does not live up to the Hilton expectations. I would not stay here again.
