紐堡斯圖爾特機場紅頂套房飯店(Red Roof Inn & Suites Newburgh - Stewart Airport)

I had a great stay. The room was clean. Certain areas of the flood could’ve used a broom but the besides that the room was clean. My only issue is my meetings start late and anytime I try to request a 1 o’clock clock out I’m told the latest they can do is 12. I completely understand but it’s just an inconvenience for me personally. Im hoping one day they change this policy because If not I’d have to consider another hotel

The hotel is conveniently located which is why we chose to stay there. It is definitely in need of updating/cleaning in the common areas (lobby, hallway, laundry…). The room itself was cleaner though furniture was scratched and bathroom sink was cracked. Staff, though efficient, were not particularly engaged/friendly. They are still only offering a “grab-and-go” breakfast.

The Red Roof Inn was comfortable and quiet. It could have had a little more parking. I partly booked a room because they advertise having a pool, but it was closed. The included breakfast is terrible... 2 granola bars and a flat, cheap and probably unhealthy muffin... that does not really constitute a breakfast imho! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, so it's a decent place to stay.

That has to be the tiniest elevator I've ever been on in a hotel/motel/inn/B&B! It was very difficult for 2 people with suitcases to fit and/or maneuver. Whenever I travel with my aging father, it's really nice to be able to travel in the same elevator...this one made it difficult. LOVED the rooftop deck...was able to see the sun rise above the lake. Accessibility to local attractions and restaurants was EXCELLENT! The diner at the bottom of the hill (IKAROS) had INCREDIBLE selection and SUCCULENT FOOD! VERY worth the money paid...and have actually RAVED about this place to all my friends/family who have upcoming travel plans in the area. No breakfast served is kind of a downer...the bag selections are not diabetic friendly so we ended up passing on it, but some people need to take morning medications and need food to do so. Might need to reconsider these choices for future travelers.

Terrible for the price! Greed rules,never stayed at a hotel and the pillow were 1 and a half inch square,like couch pillows, red roof will never be on my stay list again! Truly outdated,bed rough on the back!

It was a small, clean room. No hot breakfast nor even coffee, which is really a poor exception these days. Undergoing renovation, so the property was rather seedy. Glad we're here for only one night.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, but the worst part was the small brown flies that were all over our room. We weren’t staying long enough to complain about them, but this should be basic sanitation

Staff was friendly. The room was not cleaned to the standards I would expect in a basic hotel. It was the only room available when and where I needed one.

Both rooms they put me in had such a terrible cigarette smoke smell. It was too late at night to ask for a third room so I just put up with it. I hope for some compensation for this.
