真心是巨巨巨好的一家酒店👍良心真心對客人。 出行恰巧遇到女兒發高燒，出退燒藥無用。請求前台幫助，給我們安排車送去醫院，還全程坐那裡等着我們…整個過程能感受到每一位工作人員都很重視，不敷衍，認真真誠地幫助我們。非常感謝感恩。 酒店在科隆這樣的小島應該算是很不錯的了，乾淨衛生也很寬敞。性價比非常高。 酒店餐廳也是👍我們每一天都在餐廳用餐的，幾乎全部吃完了菜單上的食物。pizza很好吃，每天都點一個。還有特色的烤豬蹄也是一絕，點了兩次。 總之，雖然它不是我們平日住的帶星的品牌酒店，但是他們的服務他們的人讓我必須要給五星好評👍👍👍👍👍海外酒店裡麪少有的👍推薦💯

第一天定的雙床房衹有一個雙人床 ，第二天解決的問題 當天用了個小床應付。 不去找他們 連水都不給放新的 還是我去前台要的 但是工作人員會幫叫突突車這個還挺好的

Is located in the main center of Coron near from all services you need and in the same time is very quiet becaise the rooms are in their own yard. The staff is really nice, they are ready to help you in averything you need Was really clean. Value for money, excelente.

個人認為Venus Royale酒店是科隆島上環境最好、性價比最高的酒店，客房非常乾淨，老闆應該是中國人，裝修風格和國內酒店一模一樣，房間都有陽台，我很喜歡帶陽台的房間，住起來十分舒心，客服人員態度非常nice，雖然位置不是鎮中心，但離鬧市街區也不遠，打個本地三輪突突20-30比索/人（2-4塊人民幣），基本可以覆蓋全鎮距離，非常建議入住。

Bamboo-lined walkways beckon from the open-air lobby to the bright, spacious rooms with balconies overlooking native landscapes. There is a pier—the only resort with one—where a bar is set up nightly to take in the sunset. Restaurant is delicious and the salt and pepper crispy samaral exceptional. Breakfast is bountiful with an omelet bar and wide selection of Filipino and Western favorites; hot items rotate daily. Staff is abundant, accommodating, and attentive at every turn. If I had the find fault, some of the outdoor furniture is showing it’s age, and the sidewalks could use a good cleaning, but these did not impact the stay. Total relaxation found here!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the location is great and there was always a “tuk tuk driver” in front of the hotel to take us anywhere (at our own cost). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, good combination between Pilipino and western breakfast. The room had a strange smell when we first entered, but the smell disappeared after a while. It’s affordable and has everything you’ll need for your stay in Coron.

Amazing view! Everything here is perfect. The service from the staff is outstanding! They couldn’t do enough to help us! Tours, transport etc. seemed like we were friends after a couple of days! We love this place! Special mention to jomarie, Susan and Vincent for your service! Will stay here again if we are in coron again, if not we will always remember this place! ❤️🙏🏻😃

飯店位置優越，綠色，乾淨，舒適，泳池很棒，大廳和餐廳設計精美，每天晚上都有美妙的現場音樂，歌手錶演休息室和布魯斯，非常好。另外，飯店每天都有噴火表演，有點單調...房間打掃的很棒，毛巾每天都是新的，床兩天整理一次，冰箱裡放了水，這點我們收到了每天都有好提示！不幸的是，這就是積極的一面。經理們不專心——我們多次向他們提出同樣的要求，但沒有得到任何考慮。每天早上，保全人員在早上 6 點、7 點、8 點巡視，一名拿著對講機的男子大聲喊叫/吹口哨/吱吱聲/咕嚕聲走過房間。他們說了好幾次了——沒有幫助。他們還可以聚集在房間門口大聲說話，還可以早上7點就打電話在房間裡聊一些廢話，然後說——哦，我們走錯房間了。總的來說，如果你想要安靜放鬆或睡到9點，那麼這裡絕對不適合你😃 但高潮是在我們出發當天的早上。前一天晚上，我們警告接待員我們要分開出發，我早上 6 點單獨轉乘渡輪，我丈夫早上 8 點單獨轉乘飛機。我們支付了5天住宿期間累積的所有費用，這樣早上就不急了。結果我就去了接待處，說了聲再見，等了計程車，上車離開了。 5分鐘後，我先生打電話給我，我被吵醒了，說我離開了，忘了他──馬戲團！原定8點來接我先生的飯店接送機到了9點，他差點錯過了10點20分的飛機。我還想說一下飯店的食物——我們很餓。早餐我們只吃麵條/米飯和生菜、水果和其他不能吃的東西。晚餐每天晚上供應自助式，但價格每天都有所不同。我們以為烏丁會更好吃，但是我們在飯店吃了兩天的晚餐，然後去了城市的餐廳。喜歡 El Kuvo 的食物。 總的來說，飯店管理層還有一些工作要做，請考慮我的意見，以便改善為客人提供的服務。

This hotel is probably the top rated in town. It is not the best I have ever been but it is very confortable, I'm sure over 99% of the others in town. It is located next to the pier, what is very convenient if you're planing a trip to El Nido or an expedition (our case). The rooms are fantastic, same as the facilities, the pool is facing the sea and the sunset is the best time to be there. The staff is fantastic, so helpful and always smiling. The restaurant is probably their weakest point. Their food is nothing special, I can't highlight anything out of the menu. The food is fine, and just that. The price, in our opinion is too high for what it is. Probably x2 or x3 than the restaurants in town. In my experience is something they should take care about.
