活力海灘(Lively Beach)

They add on resort fees without a warning. They wait until you are already checked in and then they add a steep amount of resort fees. They ask that you do your own dishes and take the trash out, and then charge you a steep room cleaning fee anyway. The floor hadn’t been swept in the room, and they only gave us 1 towel for a 3 night stay. I had to go down during office hours to get additional towels everyday. It is in good proximity to the beach, and has easy access which was great. The shower had a brown rotting patch all around the trim, and the bed had a little blood on the sheets. Not the worst place I’ve stayed, but will definitely not be returning. It’s a little overpriced all in all.

Bad instructions to check in, specifically instructed to push # before access code, that instruction is wrong.

Nice facility situated by itself near the edge of Mustang State Park with a boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. Comfortable, clean, well set up rooms. Pleasant, attentive staff.

Loved that the hotel was right by the beach. Private entry and bonfires w/ s'mores and wine was also a plus!

Wonderful hidden gem! Beautiful property, wonderful pool and outdoor sitting areas. Comfortable walk to the beach. Peaceful. Pet friendly. Can’t wait to return. Good for couples, and good for a family or group of friends getaway.

What a lovely change from some of the older condos near Port Aransas! The updated features and comfortable rooms were great for stretching out. We especially enjoyed the panoramic windows facing the dunes for good sky and birdwatching. We'll be back, for sure!

I loved this location and the property had everything we needed. Staff responded quickly to our needs. I only wish that there was a ramp from the property to the boardwalk over to the beach so we could have carried our beach gear to the beach using our wagon. We ended up having to purchase a beach permit and drive our vehicle onto the beach instead.

the property was very clean and all the staff was friendly. we will definitely stay here again.

(Hours times) in pool at night time very limited you don't to be bothered when you having a good time especially when you gonto this places to unwind not to be told you can be laud or fallow rules that don't make sense. Especially when you pay for a service and instead you are limited to everything.
