The service and the hotel are wonderful cannot fault them. The hotel is very clean and the amenities of excellent. The only thing with this hotel. It is in a residential area and far away from Montego Bay self so if you are wanting to go round and look for other things to do you have a long journey and the travel expense on top of that is quite fast. The only way you should pick this hotel is if you want to just stay in the hotel and not go anywhere else .

I book this resort for a getaway for my mom and her friend. AND she love it very much. She mentioned that the staff were very friendly. Only thing she wish for was for them to have more Jamai an authentic food.

Amazing service and very friendly people

My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. We opted for Halal meals to be included in our all inclusive and the staff was more than happy to fullfill our dietary needs. Big shoutout to Shanardo Weston who made our stay amazing always checking in on us as well as Bri, Aletta, Phillip Ankey, Jose Manual our halal chefs Levaughn, Shante our server in Marthas market all such wonderful thoughtful lovely people. The entire property was gorgeous and well maintained. It was so clean you never seen trash any where. I could go on and on. This place was amazing will be sending our friends and family here...cant wait to come back!!! : D

if i could give this 10 stars i would. Mr. Weston was more thank helpful and assisted with every accommodation i needed. this trip was for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff made it beyond special. from the vibes to the food to the drinks, everything was on point. i will most definitely be returning!!!!

Worst Vacation Upon check in… room had an odor had to argue for a room change for 3hours. Did not get the king bed room requested Staff were disrespectful on numerous occasions especially the front desk. Manager tried to make it better but the staff prevented us from enjoying the benefits- was just horrible will not return nor recommend this hotel- once you pay with ******* you can not get contact with the resort because they have no number. Just horrible!!!!

The property made sure to help us for the busy week that we were there, for Thanksgiving. No rooms were available to change out but they managed to update the room from one bed to a two bed and it worked out to be in a good location on the resort. The food in the Privileged Restaurant was delicious, the Sakura was worth the reservation, the gym 24hrs was helpful, and the resort is truly open 24hrs to enjoy the property. The tours have a great amount of service at the guest services if you didn't sign up they will make sure to help you get the package you're looking for and include transportation in the pricing. I had a good time and can't wait to go back, I wish next week!

The all inclusive is not at all true you get charged additional money to eat or drink lobster $50 US dollars steak $150 ,fridge in the room is warm beer isnt cold,door on fridge doesn't close properly, Resort is nice looking bit needs a bit of TLC most employees were great . Restaurants aren't always open shut down on certain days.

It was the perfect vacation for a single person. The beach the drinks and overall everything was amazing. Hidden Gem.
