Facilities are really lovely. However customer service need to be improved generally. Food and entertainment are ok. The best tasting food is at Captains market restaurant. Enjoyed bowling.

Honestly, this resort was not what i thought it was. Beautiful resort don’t get me wrong but It was a more laid back resort for older people. I just turned 24 and i was trying to party for real but, nope. I went in November and i really wish i didn’t because it rained everyday i was out there til the day before i left. This resort is far away from everything so just know you'll have to pay for a taxi which is like $150 and up chile. There’s not enough entertainment. Nightlife is dead. I went to one of their late night restaurants (Route 66) and CHIPPED my tooth so bad on a burger because the bun was so HARD. My waitress told me someone will get in contact with me before i left and no one ever did. It’s easy to get in contact with this resort when you paying for it but if you have a problem it’s the hardest thing trying to get in contact i feel like i’m fighting for my life trying to get in contact with somebody. From a Jamaican this was not it. I would highly recommend looking for somewhere else in JA that will accommodate to you no matter what. Still waiting on the manager to get back to me as i’m typing this maybe this will get somebody attention. Uno do mi so wrong!!!!

The food options were great 👍 it was only a few resturants i did not enjoy. I did have a very big roach that appeared in my room one night and that almost took me out because im deathly affraid of bugs, but other than that I enjoyed my stay here, and i would def go back.

I enjoyed my 6 day stay with this property, staff was very professional and pleasant. I would recommend if you're looking for a chill relaxing stay. Not a party hotel, which I truly enjoyed.

I love the resort! It was amazing. Everything was so nice and the staff that I encountered were nice as well. The only issue I had was the wait for fresh towels. I had to wait for several hours for towels to be sent to my room.

Omario made sure that our stay was to the highest quality. He was attentive, and checked in on us everyday. He gave us recommendations for outside activities and enhanced our vacation in MoBay. Omario was excellent.

Everything was outstanding it was my first time in Jamaica and the room experience was awesome. I loved the all inclusive, food was great view was amazing I will be visiting again. Room service phenomenal.

We heard a lot guests complaining about a lot of things but we didn’t have that experience at all. The butler service was responsive. Staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful time.

This property was everything we dreamed of when traveling to an island. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. Loved the resort activites and dining options. Would love to brung my entire family next time.
