珊瑚海景飯店-限成人(Coral Ocean View - Adults Only)

Hemos estado en este mes de agosto 3 días , comentar que el hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo, cuidado y limpio por lo que hay que agradecer al servicio de limpieza igual que a las encargadas de limpiar nuestra habitación 305. Al ser solo de adultos la tranquilidad esta asegurada. Agradecer a Luz, la directora, por si profesionalidad y humanidad, nos resolvió lo que pedimos y además, jamás en ninguno de los hoteles en los que hemos es tado, ningún Director charla con los clientes, ni está pendiente de todo personalmente como he visto a Luz en este Hotel, además es encantadora. Las recepcionistas, Eugenia y Sandra, súper amables y dispuestas a ayudar al igual que el chico nuevo, será un gran recepcionista. A Naim y su equipo de cocina, inmejorables, todos, comida fabuloso, elaborada con gran maestría, y Naim, súper amable y educado, gran trabajador ya que al abrir recientemente enseñaba a los nuevos con su tranquilidad que le caracteriza. A la Amparo, no hay quien haga unos mojitos como ella, simpática y trabajadora, a Miguel ( el galleguito )y sus fabulosos "Blue", que tuve el gusto de disfrutar, muy simpático y trabajador también. Nosotros volveremos, en cuanto podamos.

Encantados con todo, las habitaciones muy completas y las camas muy comodas. La comida de buena calidad y la atencion de los recepcionistas y camareros muy acogedora. Al lado de la playa, vistas muy bonitas, lo tienes todo bastante cerca al hotel.

Advertised as a 4* hotel never been so, 3* at a push, room very basic and bathroom was dirty, the hotel food was terrible. Food Mostly dry and not nice, all the food labelling was wrong , vegetarian section was so poor and had raw fish in veggie food , hotel staff wasn’t interested about the food issues

Highly recommend this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Stayed here for 1 week on a bed and breakfast basis. The place has a very relaxed vibe. Thank you to all the team working here, special mention to Isabelle on reception who went over and above to make our stay special. Partners birthday whilst we stayed here, complimentary bottle of fizz and a birthday cake without even mentioning his birthday. The little touches that make this hotel so special. Positives All the staff running this hotel are superb and hard working, they can’t do enough for you. Rooms are contemporary, lovely large walk in shower. Hotel is spotless, our towels were changed every day. Choice of food at breakfast time, superb continental and hot food selection. Restaurant staff, constantly clearing plates and tables. We hired a car for the week, dedicated parking space. No issue getting sunbeds during the day, beach towels also provided for your stay. Drinks at bar were reasonably priced for a hotel. Air con is amazing, very effective. We did have an issue with it dripping water on arrival, however this was mentioned and resolved very quickly. We liked the fact that this is an adult only hotel as well. Negatives I am being super picky… only 2 lifts, the wait time at peak times was a bit longer than you wanted. We did read the reviews prior to booking, we experienced none of the issues others experienced. A truly memorable holiday.

Our second visit and not the last to the Coral Ocean View. Once again, on arrival, we were checked in quickly and efficiently and off to our sea view apartment. A clean, well-appointed room with all the facilities needed. If you are TV watchers, be aware that there is only Sky News in English. The lady that cleans and maintains the room is Raquel. Thank you for keeping the apartment so beautifully clean you are a star. The reception staff were equally efficient and professional, making any question simple to answer. The pool and surrounding area is kept immaculate by the army of cleaning staff, and there are more than enough loungers to accommodate everyone and that's not including the ones on the sundeck on the roof! The restaurant is informal and buffet style. There is always plenty of choice, for every taste. If there were to be any criticism, it's that the food on the warmers doesn't stay warm for long, and breakfasts can be the worst to suffer with food just luke warm. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic. Damian was always on hand with good advice and suggestions, Rina never stopped smiling and was always cheerful, and Nico is like a whirlwind, always on the move and getting everything done with lightening speed. With no children allowed, this hotel suits us down to the ground, and we are already planning the next stay.

The perfect get away if you want a quiet day time by the pool and fun entertainment in the evening. Dont listen to any of the reviews you see on here the staff are lovely and it isn’t strict at all! Perfect holiday for a couple or even a small family. The choice of food varies everyday and is lovely every single day, don’t be fooled by these bad reviews.

My husband and I went on our first holiday abroad together. It was brilliant. The hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly. The food was really good. We're going back this year. To explore more of tenerife.

Our stay was ok it was clean and had friendly staff. You get put off sitting round the pool because if you leave your chairs for half an hour to go for lunch you come back and all your stuff has gone and your lounger is given to someone else!!! The lifeguard is a jobs worth and this rule must change. Despite it being an adults only hotel you cannot smoke/ vape anywhere by the pool you have to go out to the front of the hotel which is not what you want. If you’re wanting to go to Veronica’s ***** it’s around 12 minute walk , we would walk there and get a cab back late at night! Shops and bars are within a 5 minute walk. Overall our stay was ok but wouldn’t go back just purely because it was so strict. You like to chill on holiday not constantly being moaned at by pool attendant!!

Good things: very quiet, mostly older people from Scandinavia. If you want a quiet relaxing vacation, this is the place. Nice and relaxing at the pool, no loud music, only adults relaxing in the sun. The food was very good at both breakfast and dinner. Beach is 5 min walk. Many restaurants and things to explore in the area. Clean rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Bad things: when we first entered our room, there were ants on the kitchen cupboard and in the closet. We wanted to change our room, we were met with an attitude by the manager lady who was a little rude. They sprayed with some pray and it was fine after. Some of the staff from kitchen/cleaning did not speak English, so that made it a little difficult communicating. One day we had the sign 'do not disturb' on our door around noon for max 1 h. Our room did not get cleaned that day, apparently if the cleaning lady comes exactly then, she just skips your room. I think they should come back after some time and check, we were gone most of the day anyway. The jacuzzi was very dirty and smelly, so that was a big disappointment.
