Good service

This Hotel is good for budget travelling. Accessibility is not bad considering traffic in Montreal. Breakfast was included for us and it was good. I did not like that avenue is right beside it so it gets a little noisy at night, parking lot is under the highway, gets dark, and sometimes gets full. Also, crossing from and to the parking is not the safest. We did not get cleaning in our 3 night stay, but they said they only clean every 3 days, so I guess that’s why.

La personne a notre arrivé était très courtoise. L'homme à la sécurité était également très courtois. Cependant, au matin on a eu le droit à une vraie folle qui nous a fermé les lumières durant notre petit déjeuner. Elle nous a dit que nous n'avions pas le droit de déjeuner a cette heure (6h30 du matin), que c'était fermé. Toutefois, les lumières étaient ouvertes et le pain et la confiture était a disposition. Nous avions le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre forfait... Bref, nous avons trouvé qu'elle n'avait pas de classe de nous disputer et de nous fermer les lumières. Je lui ai tout de même souhaité une excellente journée.

J’ai eu un excellent service par le jeune garçon YB, il m’a aidé avec mon handicap, la seule chose est que le stationnement est de l’autre côté de la rue et aucun accès pour handicap pour traverser, il faut aller au bout de la rue pour y revenir. C’est un gros inconvénient pour une personne avec un fauteuil.

Gros party dans une salle locative de l'hôtel jusqu'à 2am. Les murs et les cadres de ma chambre vibraient! Le reste des jours, ça allait.

This hotel deserves zero stars. The rooms smell so bad and you won’t be able to open the windows either for some fresh air. Our car got scratched in the hotel’s parking lot and the owner did absolutely nothing. I asked him the camera footage and he said he will show us the footage and help us to do the police report in the morning before we checked out. He didn’t. I asked the receptionist if the owner left any message or the camera footage for us and he said no, absolutely nothing. He just lied to us and did nothing after our brand new car got scratched in his parking lot. Absolutely unsafe place because you got to park under a bridge where homeless people sleep at night. Breakfast is very poor and if you don’t eat pork you only have eggs, potatoes and some cornflakes. My husband is muslim and due to his religion he can’t pork and i felt so bad he didn’t have any protein options for breakfast except eggs. Since they provide pork sausage or ham they should have provide protein options for other customers who don’t consume pork too. Definitely won’t be going back even though i go to Montreal at least twice a year. Not recommended.
