布里奇普安特套房飯店(BridgePointe Inn & Suites by BPhotels, Council Bluffs, Omaha Area)

Had to drive thru another business parking lot to get there. Nice attendant. Room was not clean. Pillows on bed looked like someone had laid on them since room was cleaned. Permanent Stains in sink, tub, and toilet. Half a cup of open yogurt in fridge with spoon in it. Attendant insisted the room had been properly cleaned. Asked for a different room which she readily gave us. It had flies in it. Drain in the tub wouldn’t work. Asked attendant for anything even a rubber flap to plug tub so my wife could take a bath. She said all tubs had plugs removed to conserve water. I told her that showers use more water. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were so flat I had to use two to equal one normal pillow. Find a different motel.

The front desk gal was incredibly hospitable she anticipated our stay and made sure our rooms overlooked our vehicles and trailers as well as assured us they were on surveillance. We chatted about the event we were in town for and shared our YouTube channel seeing that her daughter was so excited about our vehicles in the parking lot. Our two day stay was comfortable and clean. Half of our group stayed at the Hilton but we gave Bridgepoint a shot based on price and reviews and were not disappointed! Will stay again next year.

horrendous condition of the property. draft through cracked windows renders rooms filled with cigarette smoke from people walking out to smoke outside, 6 feet from the window. everything is dirty and barely functional. Shame on all fake positive reviewers

signage to direct motorist to hotel through construction would be helpful. Day front desk (manager?) very pleasant and extremely helpful with directions for dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a construction/urban renewal zone. The hotel itself is fine. It is in an unsafe/dirty/noisy area. There was a bullet hole in the outer glass and screen of my window!! I did not see it until light of day and opening my curtain.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was great - a nice variety of things available. Newer, softer pillows would be a great idea, but other than that, we were very pleased with our stay.

Staff were friendly and greeted you coming and going. Staffade sure you had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of breakfast and staff checked periodically to make sure there was plenty.

We stayed one night but barely slept. Road work outside had loud machines working til midnight.then traffic noise was the rest of the night. Maybe once the work is done it will be better

This place was very clean, and employees were very kind and helpful. If you want a place to just sleep, this is the place however, there are no restaurants close, and nothing else to do.
