The room was set up for a single person, when we booked a double, one double bed and one set of towels. The bathroom had a strange layout with the toilet behind the shower. It was in need of a refurbishment, the tiling above the toilet cistern had been repaired and the grouting was of a very poor standard. The shower base needed replacing as it was discoloured. The TV could not be watched from the bed and there was no setting for two people to watch. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK.

We took the kids for breakfast today as a holiday treat. 8 of us turned up unannounced. we received a very warm and friendly welcome. Monika and Anna couldn’t do enough for us. Topping everything up, even cooked fresh croissants especially for the kids. Well done ladies, fantastic service.

We were met at a recent stay at a Premier Inn Coventry by a creative, friendly receptionist who was great - really welcoming. Turned out she had made a tiny PI bed and put a mini bear on it. A great conversation starter. There was also a packet of cookies and a ‘welcome’ card in my room. It was a really nice touch. The whole stay was pleasant. We had a nice drink at Miller and Carter next door when we arrived and a great breakfast the following morning. I like to stay in Premier Inn’s because they are generally comfortable and you know what you’re getting. This stay was much better than that. Thank you.

Have to say Nathalie and Adele ( sorry about the spelling if wrong) were an incredibly proactive and talented duo who ran a very busy breakfast service. Delicious food served beautifully. They coped with a full restaurant and brought out a wonderful breakfast!

Sofia and Kate were amazing!! Food was so delicious for breakfast and their service was fantastic, Sofia was so pleasant and extremely helpful, she went above and beyond service, thank you for welcoming us so well this morning! Amazing ladies

I found Natalie, Alfie and Monika to be all excellent and attentive and considerate members of the team. This made the stay at the Premier Inn a very positive one. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a very good location. I arrived around 1 am and met a friendly night receptionist. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff I met in the morning at the reception were very polite and friendly.

Slightly non-fresh toilet smells but overall, adequate . Plenty of space for two night stay and very comfortable bed.Plenty of provisions for tea and coffee making Small problem of late night sounds of slamming door nearby.
