安斯蒂大廳(Ansty Hall)

Definitely wanna stay again before it gets sold. Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff.

Hôtel propre et correct. Un peu cher ceci dit. Le petit déjeuner anglais a l'air d'être apprécié de ces derniers mais je n'ai vmt pas aimé (question d'habitude culinaire). Le déjeuner continental est aussi à disposition mais relativement limité. Ceci dit on trouve son bonheur. Litterie et chambre correctes mais il serait temps de refaire le châssis tjs simple vitrage en 2023. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'environnement alentour est sympa.

Was invited to a family wedding at Ansty Hall. And before the ceremony there was bar open for pre drinks. The menu states one price and you get charged another - service charge that you are not asked if you would like to pay ! 4 single gin and tonics £44 ! It’s a massive rip off. Nowhere on the drinks and food menu states there is a service charge . Why charge so much for drinks when making money on the hotel rooms and wedding venue. This place would attract more to stay if you wasn’t ripped off with food and drink.

We came to Ansty Hall to celebrate our engagement and were treated well. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Alan who checked us in. The room had swans made from towels, box of chocolate and a wedding brochure to recognise our celebration, which was greatly appreciated. Anything I needed help with he was on hand, also the food and restaurant were lovely. Unfortunately there were renovations happening so could not explore a lot of the hotel. When it is finished it will be nice to go back.

My Wife and I had a lovely stay at Ansty Hall. Its really lovely to see how much things are changing and improving now that new management have taken over. The staff were all really lovely and very attentive, especially Molly, Sylvia and Lucy. The food was really nice and I cant wait to go back and try out the new restaurant once it is open. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable and there some really interesting décor and the most amazing painting of a phoenix in the stairway,

It had changed hands. The staff were very poor, when you could find one. The food was not good quality and was ridiculously expensive. I have eaten in Michelin starred restaurants that were cheaper and certainly better quality. The food took a long time to arrive and even then some of the order was wrong. One person pre-ordered due to dietary requirements, this was not even adhered to. Diabolical.

Grand old Manor House in Anste near Coventry. Unfortunately a bit shambolic as it’s undergoing renovations and you will have to put up with shuffling in and out of the hotel to reach the restaurant and back again for the toilets. Our first room had no heating so after a lot of faffing about were given a nicer room. Generally though service was excellent and food was great. Maybe wait until building work is completed which looks very good.

We had booked for dinner well in advance...we were not told about any problems.. the bar was like a morge.. when I needed the toilet it was a walk in the rain around the hotel.. Totally unacceptable if we had been informed we could have saved a lot of trouble and a lot of taxi fares.. We left without having the dinner and will not return

Along with my wife we visited on NY Eve, nice time. BUT ……. We paid an agent in full, a few drinks to pay for - we paid on departure. Since stay TWO transactions been charged to Credit Card fraudulently. The hotel refuse to respond. Notified Bank.
