Nice clean room with a balcony front to the Ocean veri nice

One of the few hotels that really exceeded my expectations... new construction, moderns, pristine, quiet, amazing views, amazing personnel, most relaxing pool with ocean view, gated free parking space, cool AC, spacious room, tall ceiling, most comfortable bed, and an assor**ent of pillows including my favorite, low profile. 3 blocks from port (no taxi needed) and vast option of restaurants. I would highly recommend Hotel Puerto Libre.

Nice and in good shape. Great walking location for the square and restaurants. The pool was closed a lot and the restaurant/ bar was not dependably open and not great when it was open. No coffee maker in the room and difficult on towels and such. Super bright light on central air so room was never dark. I would stay there again very clean and safe but sp****. Water views and balconies on every room was good.

This was such a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was PERFECT. The bed was so comfortable! I never slept so well. The room was spotless and clean. The view from your balcony overlooked the ocean and parts of the tourist area. I can’t say enough nice things about the hotel. We loved our stay. I will recommend this place to anyone who visits.

This was our second stay at Puerto Libre. We returned because we loved our first stay. This time I booked a king room. When we opened the door to our room we were met with a very strong ********* odor. We could not stay in the room. Because we had booked through *******, they would not give us either of their two available king rooms… even after contacting the manager and vouching for us about the smell. It was very disappointing. While we were polite to the staff, I cannot believe management wouldn’t give us the type room we had booked. I would not do business that way. The hotel also used to serve a very nice breakfast on the patio. That is no longer the case. However. Pancho’s Backyard is across the street and has amazing breakfast.

The view here is amazing and the pool itself is worth the price. Beware the pool bar and kitchen is temporarily closed- didn’t bother us but we did anticipate having a bar on site. The beds are comfy and the beach views are stunning

Super emplacement, près de tout à pied , propre et lit confortable. Surtout ne pas louer la chambres 305, on nous l’avait attribué au départ, mais il est impossible de dormir là parce qu’elle est directement au dessus du restaurant et la ventilation fait un bruit de moteur d’avion. Aussi autre petit désagrément, la piscine était brisée.

Muy buena ubicación. El hotel se percibe muy nuevo y tiene amplias habitaciones. Las vistas de las habitaciones son increíbles. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento, en especial Vanessa que nos hizo el check in y nos dio muchas recomendaciones. A pesar que nos dijeron que no había extensión de horario en el check out, nos dieron un par de horas extras para salir. Una increíble opción si se quiere disfrutar Cozumel en un mix de pueblo y playa. Veo que le faltan amenities en las habitaciones. Sus políticas y reglas son muy estrictas y rayan en lo absurdo. Creo que podrían mejorar mucho en estos dos puntos.

We love this hotel. Great location downtown. Nice pool. Great pay as you eat breakfast . Customer service is top notch.
