Matt and Bev are the perfect hosts and their home is beautiful. My room was spacious and modernized but still retained an old world charm. Breakfast was delicious and well organized and there was good information provided on transport and the surrounding area.

Matt & Bev were very welcoming and accommodated all our needs. It was a pleasure to stay at this property. Will highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. My main question is would i Take my wife…… Absolutely . Host was attentive, lovely area, town 12 mins walking with lots of choices of ‘world food’. Looking forward to going back!!

Lovely stay quite perfect nights sleep very clean

Matt and Bev have given careful thought to what an international or local visitor needs so they feel at home and can get on with whatever they have planned to do in the area. The rooms are large, airy and very comfortable and there are plenty of electric sockets, including international adaptors. There are ample drawers and cupboards so you can put your things away and don’t feel cluttered. The bathrooms are modern and recently refurbished.

I stayed at Croham Park for 12 days. The rooms are spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean - combining Edwardian style and charm with modern amenities. The shower was fabulous! A good range of cooked breakfast choices, A quiet, leafy location, close to public transport, with easy access to the center of Croydon and central London. Matt & Bev are fantastic hosts: welcoming, knowledgeable (about everything!), kind, thoughtful. I'm very particular about accommodations and I could not have chosen better!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this fabulous B&B. The location is in a quiet, great area outside of busy London, with tram and train service very conveniently located. The owners, Matt and Bev, were exceptional hosts in every regard. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and anything and everything you could possibly want or need is provided. Breakfast each morning was terrific and made to order from a variety of choices. We will definitely stay again if traveling in the area in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights for a visit to Brands Hatch - around 30 minutes away. The location is very good, close to amenities but very quiet - we slept with the window open all night and didn't hear a thing. Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, both for choice and quality of food. Matt was an excellent host and made our stay just about perfect.
