藍寶石大飯店及宴會廳(Grand Sapphire Hotel & Banqueting)

I am Sydel Walcott-Dhainy the person that booked the following on behalf of my family. We booked 2 family rooms, 1 single and a suite. where do I start: Two days before, I rang to enquire if there was on-site parking and was told yes, there is just pull up to the gate and press the buzzer. On the day we were all told we could not use the car park because they had a wedding using the car park. I arrived at 4 pm, check-in was allowable from 3 pm and we were told our rooms were not ready. No offer to compensate for this inconvenience. The single room was changed to a twin because that wasn't ready either. When I got to my room which was for 3 people, there were 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. I had to ask house keeping to get us more towels. The rooms were pretty basic. there was minimal place to put any toiletries in the bathroom. The supplied toiletries only had shampoo and a couple of soap bars and the light above the mirror did not work. My sister had a suite and was told when checking-in that she had to leave a £100 deposit in case of damage (never heard of this in any other hotel, not even 5* hotels which we all have experienced) on top of that the room was nothing to write home about and for an executive suite did not even have a mirror in it. My brother was walking along the corridor and a ceiling tile fell and hit him, when he complained they had the audacity to say they needed to check the CCTV to make sure we did not interfere with it. All our key cards stopped working before the night was out and they could not resolve it blaming it on the technology, so we had to wait for the person on the front desk to come to each of our rooms to let us in with the master key after breakfast. Breakfast was also terrible and very limited, not enough staff, the hot food ran out and we had to wait for eggs, sausage, beans. As if they didn't know how many people were in the hotel. You had to fill a kettle and turn it on to make your tea or coffee which was all individual packages. At check out I complained and was apologised to, but told they would discuss it with the management to improve (doubt that would happen). It seems this hotel has dressed up the public areas to make it look professional and high value but beneath it all they lack customer service skills, not enough trained staff and generally don't care. This is definitely an overpriced con. I for one will not be spending my money here again. Stay here at your peril.

Excellent séjour, les repas proposés par l’hôtel juste incroyable. Rien à dire.

Das Hotel ist ein Desaster. Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer, Es war nicht sauber, in den Gängen richte es schlecht und in den Zimmer von Javel. In einem Zimmer war das Fenster beschädigt und konnte nicht geschlossen werden. An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Bettdecken lagen unordentlich auf dem Bett.Wir waren zwei Personen, erhielten jedoch auf Anfrage nur eine Zimmerkarte für die Tür. Nachdem wir vom Zimmer telefonieren wollten, wurde uns gesagt, das sei nicht erlaubt! Der Service beim Morgenessen war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Einen Kaffee gab es nicht, nur Päckchen mit Nescaffe. Alles, Tassen, Teller etc. musste man selber zusammensuchen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriequartier und am Morgen früh hörte man schon den Lastwagenlärm im Zimmer. Ein Wi-Fi Anschluss war nur in einem Zimmer verfügbar.

Nice room lovely staff. If you need advice/assistance from staff let them know they generally leave you alone to not disturb which is nice. Someone was holding wedding celebrations which we heard in the evening which was nice i dont mind sounds of happy times.. later on in the evening was quiet. I cant comment on the breakfast as i didn't wakebup on time but that twlls me the bed was very comfortable :) we will definitely return. Thanks for having us.

I had to park my car and a 20 minute walk as the hotel had functions going on and there was nowhere locally I drove around for over an hour hoping to find a space. I think when booking a room the hotel should tell you what may happen as I would of picked another hotel as that was a joke.

這本有可能成為一次愉快的住宿，但有幾個因素使其成為一次糟糕的住宿。我們的房間出現電源問題，導致房間斷電，直到維護人員解決為止。即使在報告後，酒店也未能控制其他客人在凌晨時分的噪音水平。淋浴安裝不正確。儘管大多數工作人員都非常有禮貌，但在我們入住的第二天，一名工作人員幾乎拒絕我們進入酒店，因為她粗魯地認為我們不是客人，她的同事不得不糾正她，並真誠地道歉

No restaurant, no bar, room was absolutely freezing cold and the aircon/heating didn't work. Bed absolutely rock hard, the desk was on the edge of collapse. That's just the room, the banister on the stair case was wobbly and it stinks. The hotel owners clearly down care looking at the reviews, I bet I get the same response as everyone else "thanks for your review blah blah".

我們在酒店待了整整半個小時。房間很噁心。冰箱上有指甲剪，地板上有乾的隱形眼鏡，至少可以說很髒。向接待員瑪蒂娜看了照片，她說聯絡********，他們會退款給我們。此後，飯店已透過********拒絕退款。不會推薦。
