安蒂科旅館(Antico Residence)

buongiorno,il albergo bello, ma la pulizia non abbastanza

Siamo stati qui due notti per visitare la città fra natale e capodanno. Il. Residence fa parte di un insieme di soluzioni, molto carino e caratteristico, le camere pulite e molto calde, anche troppo..! Io, nella 325, sentivo un rumore di scorrimento acqua tutta la notte. Come. Se in qualche camera adiacente fosse stato lasciato accidentalmente aperto un rubinetto..! Non era forte ma facendo fatica ad addormentarmi... Lo sentivo... Segnalato in reception... Non so come. Sia andato a finire.. Forse era solo. Il. Riscaldamento..! Comodissimo. Al centro, poiché c'è una porta sul. Retro che da. Sulla via principale che porta al centro in qualche minuto. !

Une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre et un bruit infernal dans la rue donc difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Quant à l'aspect écologique...

Hotel in ottima posizione e con parcheggio comodo

Excelent. Close to the station.

The check in staff was nice and friendly. The antico residence hotel is under ABC hotel so go to ABC hotel instead. The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. The room is basic, okay clean and okay comfortable but the dark red bed cover don’t look appealing. The shower drain is not just slow running, it’s totally clogged. I only need to count one to five seconds the water filled up the shower base. I opened the drain cap and was hoping the house keeper do something about it. But they didn’t. The shower drain was the same and still was clogged. It kept me from taking a shower for two days. I usually don’t want my room to be cleaned between days because I like to sanitize the room myself. This time I let the house keeper in the room because I want the drain get fixed and some supplies. but I didn’t get any thing. The tissue box didn’t get filled (it’s almost empty to begin with). The breakfast was good but costly.

Ótimo hotel, porém o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Ficamos hospedados 1 semana nesse hotel e não recebemos nenhuma cortesia e nenhum café da manhã grátis. Por ser um.hotel 4 estrelas poderia oferecer mais.

Abbiamo prenotato presso l'Antico Residence, ma in realtà abbiamo alloggiato presso un altro albergo (Hotel ABC), che era proprio adiacente. Forse il tutto motivato dal fatto che all'ultimo abbiamo aggiunto un altro ospide (il nostro cane di taglia media), con l'aggiunta di una piccola quota (10 euro, direi ragionevole). Avremo gradito che il personale ci avvertisse del cambiamento. Albergo alquanto rumoroso, in quanto si trova sulla via principale, esattamente di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Colazione alquanto povera, con poca scelta. In sostanza leggermente troppo caro per i servizi offerti.
