皇家廣場飯店(Emperador Plaza)

O hotel é bem simples, mas muito bem localizado, perto de tudo no centro histórico de Cusco. Pode-se fazer tudo a pé pelos arredores. Tem estacionamento no hotel, pago a parte. Café da manhã é extremamente simples, com o básico, mas atende muito bem. Vale o que custa.

O guarda malas cheira bolor muito forte que impregnou em nossas malas. A ducha é descontrolada e a todo momento oscila entre super forte e fraca, quente e fria. O café tem pouca variedade. Em três dias que ficamos hospedados a água acabou duas vezes. A água da descarga do vaso sanitário é fraca e o vaso entupiu, (tivemos que usar a lata de lixo como balde para pegar água do chuveiro e jogar no vaso para desentupir (rsr). O secador de cabelos não funcionava. Não tem elevador e os quartos ficam no 2º ou 3ºandar(no nosso caso 3º) tem que subir de escadas. No dia que tivemos que sair cedo (5:00hs da manhã) as portas do hotel estavam fechadas e o rapaz da recepção estava dormindo no sofá da recepção, ele levantou para abrir a porta para sairmos, mas nos sentimos mal, como se estivéssemos atrapalhando e tivemos que ficar esperando nosso carro do lado de fora do hotel, pois lá dentro do hotel onde é o sofá da recepção) o rapaz estava ocupando como sua cama. Alguma coisa boa? Sim, rsr, funcionários atenciosos e o hotel fica ao lado da praça das armas. Acho que é só isso.

Esse hotel estava no pacote da CVC para Machu Picchu. Sendo 3 noites nesse hotel e duas noites em outros dois hotéis (Aguas Calientes e Ollantaytambo). Especificamente nesse hotel algumas coisas são boas. *3 pontos positivos: a) próximo a praça das Armas (centro); b) quarto bem espaçoso; c) perto de tudo. *3 pontos negativos: a) o café definitivamente é PRECÁRIO (pouquíssima opções), e olha que eu adoro café da manhã em hotel; b) horário: está definido para iniciar às 6h mas não é bem assim (era por volta das 6:30 ou 7h); praticamente não tem funcionários para te ajudar. Nos 3 dias que estivemos lá só identifiquei 2 pessoas do hotel.

The staff were excellent. We arrived at 730am even though our check in was at 1030. They let us in right away since we didn’t sleep all night from our flights. Great and friendly staff that is a clock from the city center!

I do not recommend this place at all. 1. Bad security for foreigners or locals I had a package and disappeared from my room no one get the responsable of this and they did not have cameras working in the hotel to verify this or resolve the situation I did not see any effort or worry from the hotel: I do not feel comfortable with the situation because could be another document more important as my passport or wallet (I would not like this to happen to another foreigner). 2. Few breakfast options The options to choose what to have for breakfast are few and there is no variety. 3. Cold rooms Cusco it is very cold place more at night and early in the morning and my room had only one blanket, the heating did not work so I had to use my poncho and more clothes to do not get frozen. 4. The shower has no door To taking a shower as the shower there was no door the whole bathroom was flooded and even the water came out into the room: not contable at all.

It is close to everything

You get what you pay for. The hotel has water heater and water supply issues. I have no water in the room and they basically said I am on my own so I guess I will not shower tonight. Avoid the headache if you can afford it.

Very loud. Extremely cold room, heater didn’t work, no extra blankets or pillows available. No elevator. Light fixture had shattered and bulb was flickering dangerously. No shampoo or soap. Desk staff not very helpful. Nobody was available when we wanted to check out at 6:15 am, the main door was locked and gated, so we had to let ourselves out of a side door with an unlocked dead bolt hanging off it and hoped for the best. The only positive thing this place was the location. ********** might want to reconsider including this in its listings.

Very good stay. Staff most helpful , especially Miss. Griselda. She is simply wonderful. Breakfast limited and same from one day to the next, but adequate.
