The hotel contacted me a few days before my reservation stating that due to high demand they had "accidentally" cancelled my reservation. They stated if I still wanted the room I should call immediately which I did. I spoke to a gentleman who struggled to find the reservation, then found it by locating the email that was sent to me. He assured me the woman who emailed me had already reinstated the reservation and I was set for check in. I arrived from out of town at 12:30 am to find the front desk couldn't locate my reservation at all. They had no room for me, no suggestion, no apology, nothing. I find Marriott customer service to be poor these days and I will look elsewhere.
