My sister, sister in law and myself stayed at this hotel from April 17 to April 21, 2021. We had several issues while staying there and have reached out to Marriott to discuss with no response other than an email saying the hotel would contact me. That was more than two weeks ago and no one has contacted us which is the reason for a negative review. I am a titanium elite lifetime member and can honestly say this was the worst hotel stay ever in a Marriott branded hotel. Upon checkin they could not find the reservation, when it was finally found none of the notes that had been put on my reservation were even looked at. Our room was not ready, after receiving a text that it was, so they said they would call my cell phone when it was ready. Did not happen. Then on Tuesday we return to the hotel to cleanup after some gardening at a family members house and no water. Called the front desk and was told we should have been informed at check in and there should have been a note under the door, neither happened. There were also no signs anywhere advising guests that this was going to happen. We had to leave the hotel since there were no bathroom facilities. We returned to the hotel at 10pm and not only was there no parking but our room had also not been serviced that day. At 10pm there wasnt any point calling the front desk. Then as we go to brush out teeth for bed black crap comes out of the bathroom sink. We were leaving the next day and upon checkout no one bothered to ask how our stay was. On top of everything else nothing in our room was ever replenished. We went to the store to buy our own coffee. Thankfully we had also purchased bottled water because after the loss of water the water coming out of the sinks was disgusting.
