找到合適的住宿後，辦理入住並在2小時後退房。不是精品飯店，比較像是背包客旅館。仍在等待 ********** 的回复，因為透過他們預訂了 3 家酒店，其中兩家非常棒。請注意，飯店內不設電梯。房間不是最乾淨的，飯店本身又髒又暗，骯髒，還有下水道的味道。

We have booked 2 rooms for 3 night from Agoda in Sofia boutique hotel . Credit card was given as gurantee purpose . As they couldn't charge the card the cancelled the booking. I again booked the same hotel at the day of arrival with a greater price than the previous booking. Upon arrival they tried to charge my card but failed so I had to pay it with Cash. The same card was used for every purchase in Vietnam so I guess their machine is faulty. We got rooms in 4th floor which is the highest floor. They don't have any lift so we have to carry our luggages through stairs . The receptionist helped though. The rooms were clean enough. But after some time we found the Ac is not working and the lights of the room keep going out in every five minutes due to some faulty sensor . After complaining the receptionist gives us another room but didn't update it in the system. In early morning while me and my wife were sleeping some guy from reception opened our room with master key. Later on he apologized and said that he didn't have the info that we were in that room. At the last day of our stay it was raining heavily and our room was filled with water. There was no housekeeping staff so the receptionist came and tried to clean the room along with my mother. Breakfast was in set menu. Limited options were there but it was good. The location was very good . It is 5 minutes Walking distance from My khe beach.

The Good: The reception staff and all those who worked on the main floor.Excellent. Especially Tu, Hein, and the 2 gentlemen who worked at reception. Thank you for all your hard work and help. The Restaurant: Had dinner there once. It was very good. Only reason we ate there once was we wanted to try different restaurants in the city. The reception and restaurant areas: very clean and well maintained. The building: has character. The room we stayed in had a large balcony, and the room was spacious. The Not So Good: The stair case to our room on the top floor, and the hallways leading to the rooms need a deep clean. The stairs themselves were not dirty, but dust has built up along the posts and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in a while. On one of the floors, dirty sheets were kept in one of the hallways. I’m sure there is a better place to put them so guest’s don’t need to see them. The lights in the hallway outside our room did not work. So, arriving to our room in the evening was always a dark affair. Simple fix? Our room: the bathroom room requires a big fix. This is not going to happen as it would cost money. The main issue was the shower. The water runs away from the main drain, and drains into a secondary drain outside by the toilet. Now this really isn’t the problem. The problem lies in that the drain isn’t very effective, causing water to pool around the toilet. As an aside, the bathroom drains sometimes emits sewage smells. Not often, but once is too much.

優點：位置（靠近大海、橋樑、市中心和街上一家很棒的素食餐廳。房間大小和設計都很棒 缺點：工作人員彬彬有禮、友善，英語和能力非常有限，所以我們經常聽到：“抱歉” . 房間很髒（忘記了地板上的髒毛巾，小廚房裡灑了咖啡，牆壁濕氣需要處理和重新粉刷。保險箱不工作，水龍頭壞了。似乎在 covid 之後，業主保留了人手

We love this small hotel - location, decorations, room, staffs and breakfast. It's a walking distance to My Che beach and good seafood restuarant (Moc). The room is big with a big balcony. If you look down from it, there's trash and not nice but just to sit there and look at the sky and receive December breeze, it's fine. Staffs are very nice, sincere and helpful. They are trying hard to keep good standard and i think they can do far well than other more expensive hotel we stayed during this Vietnam trip. The only reasons i didn't give 5 stars (and if there's 4 1/2 i would have chosen that) were that we would hope they also have a British or Continental breakfast as a choice, and that the family room had one king-size bed (6 feet) and a queen/single bed instead of 2 queen-size ones. The room is definitely big enough and sometimes 2 big persons love bigger bed!!
