This is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in and I have stayed in many around the world. Two of us had booked a twin room, but when we arrived, there was one bed and a sleeper couch made up as a bed. Neither one of us could sleep on the couch. It was extremely uncomfortable and sagged deeply in the middle. There was one cup and no glasses in the room. Every day we asked for cups and glasses and every day they ignored us. Eventually, on the third day, we stormed into the restaurant demanding cups and glasses. They treated us like criminals and told us it's against the rules to have glasses in the room. We eventually got an extra cup, but they still refused to give us glasses and instead gave us plastic cups. We had a problem with the air conditioner on the first night. They sent a technician who was in the room for 5 minutes and then left without a word. Reception then called and told us to wait until the next day, because the technician had to leave. I protested vehemently and eventually someone was sent to fix it. We struggled with hot water for the first few days and kept asking for assistance. We eventually figured it out ourselves by day three. Breakfast is terrible. Hardly any options, with the manager/owner's wife (I think) hovering like we were out to steal the silver. Management refused to take responsibility for anything that was going wrong and blatantly lied to us whenever we brought up the issues we were having. Unfortunately we couldn't just leave the hotel, because we were part of a bigger group. If you are thinking of staying in this hotel...DON'T.

Une semaine de séjour. Arrivée tardive…et ma réservation n’est pas retrouvée! Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Salle du 8eme sympa..mais ne pas lever les yeux au plafond: ampoules manquantes, fils qui dépassent, taches d’humidité, trous…. Terrasse très bien..mais tables sales. Salle de gym condamnée par une chaîne et un cadenas. Lumière blafarde partout y compris dans les chambres. Bar du rdc fermé. Un seul ascenseur qui fonctionne sur les deux. La patronne et le patron sont aussi aimables que des portes de prison! Seul point positif: de l’eau, de l’électricité et de la Clim…mais ça ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. A éviter…sauf si tout est plein ailleurs comme c’était malheureusement mon cas.

Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles, j’ai retrouvé des cafards dans la chambre, pas de d’eau chaude pour prendre la douche. Sur le site internet ils mettent qu’il y’a un spa c’est du bluff tout ça le spa est fermé Concernant le petit déjeuner c’était pas un petit dej de qualité pour un 4 étoiles, pas de buffet pour les petits dej

The night was young, I arrived in good time. My reservation was missing. Even after my agent got through and shared details, the Manager insisted he must sight the card used for payment with full details of card number and holder's name. I was treated like a beggar. I understood, he sold rooms to people who reached out directly and left me in the lurch since I am coming through an agent. Finally, at midnight, when those reservations lapsed, he gave me a room (as a favour, he said) till in the morning when he reconciles with my IATA travel agent. In the morning, my room was without hot water and no technician to look at the plumbing. I was promised a remedy which never came. The choice of breakfast was too poor and limited though the madam kept repeating it is "halal". I also realised the hotel encourages cash payments only for services, including food. This is restrictive as guests would prefer to sign and settle at checkout. On the whole, my 5 nights was a nightmare I wouldn't want any guest to go through. Make sure your reservation is perfected and call in advance to confirm. Make arrangements for cash to settle bills. And also for those who want to sample gourmet dishes, please look elsewhere. There are no facilities like parking, pool or bar. The coffee bar at the reception never functioned throughout my stay. I was surprised, they advertised for a loyalty programme. Not for me if this is what they offer.

Réservation pour 3 nuits. Arrivé tardivement et épuisé, j’ai accepté la douche froide pour la première nuit. Le lendemain, petit déjeuner pauvre à 12000FCFA, dans une atmosphère qui aurait pu être calme si l’épouse du gérant ne passait pas son temps à commenter les fais et gestes des employés sans aucune discrétion. Je prends ensuite deux cafés en extra facturés 3000FCFA (plus cher que sur les champs Élysée). Je signale le problème et les techniciens (très polis)interviennent immédiatement mais ne parviennent pas à régler le problème. Durant deux heures je demande à changer de chambre mais le gérant continue à me faire patienter et ne trouve aucune solution, même celle de juste me proposer de me doucher dans une autre chambre. Après deux heures d’attente, je quitte l’hôtel, pas de remboursement des deux nuits non passées, sur la carte bancaire mais leur TPE ne le permet pas donc remboursement en cash, aucun dédommagement, aucune excuse, même pas un au revoir. Je déconseille donc fortement cet hôtel pour la totale absence de service de ses gérants.

For the amount of money I paid, 100,000 CFA, per night this hotel’s service was mediocre. I was there for a conference and had stayed there for two days only to find my room locked on the third day. They insisted I paid for the full duration of my stay before I can gain access to my room. They were charging USD at 500 to 1 CFA when the rate at the airport and elsewhere was between 600 and 660. I was treated like a common criminal. nothing else. The breakfast is just an omelette, some cucumbers, tomatoes and yoghurt. Do not expect a buffets spread with lots of options. The hotel’s manager hovered over the breakfast area policing everything. One would feel uncomfortable to have seconds with her constant “mothering” of the breakfast service. My colleagues who had booked other hotels at half the price received better treatment. If you want to enjoy a holiday, do not go here. They are all about the money and

Nous avons pris 2 chambres à 170 Euros la nuit et 1 chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre !!! Il n'y avait pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner, les oeufs aux plats étaient froid, ils les ont passés au micro-onde pour les réchauffer:!!! Petit déjeuner horrible. Je déconseille absolument cet hôtel.
