商務薩德爾(Sonder at Commerce)

Was hard to find the reveption desk. I have waited for hours but still no one at the reception desk.

Je ne sais pas si c’était les produits mais parfois les odeurs étaient pas évidentes. Un petit rafraîchissement de la peinture et de quelques accessoires dans la cuisine et salle de bain aideraient. Toutefois séjour très agréable. personnel sur place toujours disponible. Très bien situé et facile d’accès pour plein d’attraction. Nous avons été coincé dans l’ascenseur mais ça n’a pas duré 5 minutes … on a appuyé sur le bouton aide et la personne à l’autre bout a été rassurante et efficace :)

Desde el proceso de check in, hasta la limpieza y la comunicación con los dependientes, fue terriblemente mala. No hay ningún tipo de respuesta por parte del hotel. No es posible comunic****, y si lo logras, no solucionan el problema. Nunca mas me quedaré en esta cadena. Tapete sucio, internet no funcionó, TV tampoco, gimnasio basico, servicio de dependientes no existe. Que gran decepción, por un precio similar, me he quedado en hoteles mucho mejor. Llame tanto a ********** como a Sonder para reportar los problemas y ninguno respondió, los dos se lavaron las manos y cada uno dijo que era responsabilidad del otro. Para muestra mira la foto de la alfombra a la salida del elevador, debería darles pena! Me quedé 7 noches en este "hotel" y nunca lo limpiaron. Desagradable por decir lo menos. Cuando llame a reportar el problema con el TV y el internet, me pidieron que fuera a no se donde, que desconectara una "caja" y que despues configurara el internet. La habitacion nunca le hiceron "housekeeping". Mejor dicho, nada bueno, la entrada es por el garaje, parece un hotel clandestino. TERRIBLE!!

My recent stay at The Sonder in Dallas, TX, was incredibly disappointing. The check-in process was a complete nightmare - no confirmation number provided, rude staff insisting on app check-in. The room was far from clean, with broken fixtures, dirty curtains, and hair in the bed. Parking fee was higher than quoted, and directions were unclear. Unhelpful staff throughout. Not recommended. Avoid this property.

A few days before leaving I tried to check in online as per Sonder's policy. Couldn't do it as the 4-digit code needed that was supposed to be sent via SMS wasn't received. Called customer service and was sent a link. This didn't work. Was sent another link which worked. Was informed another SMS with check in instructions would be sent. This was never sent. Showed up at property and called a number to get code for lockbox as this was never sent. They didn't have it but called back in 15 minutes with it. In their defense, the Sonder responses were prompt, but they really need to figure out basic customer service and communication with checking in if they're not going to have live agents in person at their properties. And midway through the stay my key fob deactivated. No access to elevators to get anywhere. It was replaced fairly quickly but was yet another minor inconvenience. On a positive note, the 1-bed apt was big, clean and very nicely appointed. I was also very quiet with a great view. I just hope they can improve on the basics as described above.

Checking in took an hour and a half, the gentlemen that finally arrived said he was off the clock and was obviously drinking. Only gave us 1 code had to spend an hour on the phone before I got my room code . Very frustrating . Hotel room was clean

No desk rep for check-in nor check-out. Horrendous check-in process. Destroyed bedframe and mattresses. Room layout had no way to walk around bed. Very nice building, loft and pool.

The room we stayed in had damaged fixtures. The headboard and bed was loose. The bathroom faucet was also loose. We brought this to the hotel's attention and they did nothing about it.

Nothing special here and not for the casual traveler without a vehicle. No services. Big kitchen with no ability to go food. Grocery stores too far away. Would not stay here again
