Understand new hotel. Issues of course. ..... Could have been handled better. Check in was great. Staff was mostly very nice. New hotel. Checking in we paid our deposit, but they charged for the whole stay twice instead of just the deposit requested. Took a few days to get this corrected. Also, We booked a room with a mini refrigerator. Upon checking the room. No fridge. We let the man know up front. Came to find out no rooms had these yet because they haven't been delivered. Checked out 5 days later still no fridge and still got charged for a room with a fridge. A few minor issues other than the above.

Staff needs to be trained more for their duties and should definitely be more equipped with the procedures and knowledge of the system making sure that everything is correct for no mistakes are made
