Es liegt gut - wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen möchte - auch um abends noch mal raus zu gehen - das Valet Parken ist wie überall sehr teuer - doch hinter dem Hotel liegen 2 Parkplätze hintereinander - wir haben unser Auto auf dem 2. etwas weiter entfernten gestellt - der ist wesentlich günstiger gewesen. Wie überall viel zu viel Plastik und Müll beim Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche - da hätte die Front ein wenig sauberer sein können - das haben wir dann Selbstfinanzierung die Hand genommen.

Amazing, friendly staff. The room was spacious and immaculate. The TV was amazing with Netflix in both bedroom and living room. The only negative is if you’re an international traveler (like myself) everything was cashless. So make sure you have local cards!

I’m very disappointed in my stay at Marriot. I went on to the app and they requested a wish list for certain amenities and I asked for foam pillows and extra towels. When I arrived, they were not there. Also, when we arrived, the young lady at the desk gave us the hours of operations for the restaurant and bar. Later on that evening when I went to go get something to eat, I found out the restaurant was closed and also the bar for the holiday week. I wish someone would’ve told us this because one of the biggest reasons I wanted to stay at this hotel was because of the restaurant and Bar in the hotel. I don’t like to leave the hotel unless I have to. Terribly disappointed. When I went to complain to the manager in charge on Tuesday at 11:30 AM, he told me that the restaurant was not part of the Marriot. He said it was part of the AC hotel, which is connected to it. When I notified the manager that I wanted to email corporate about this he told me I could only make a complaint to ******* who made my reservations and that Marriot was not to blame. He refused to give me Marriot corporate contact information. This just tells me that this manager has no accountability and was pointing the finger at someone else. Not very professional in my opinion and he was rude. The only thing good about my stay was the valet service. They were great! The hotel service itself was terrible.

Let's say that the staff needs training! I stayed here for three nights. First of all, every time you call, you're greeted with "Please hold.". It's best to walk downstairs, which isn't always convenient. Additionally, the lock on my room door was broken, and maintenance took forever to inform me of the situation or to update the front desk staff. It was necessary for me to propose to them that I get a new room, which they agreed to do. Packing and moving to another floor wasn't ideal since I'm pregnant. After that, I requested a late check-out. As my request could be bumped, I was told to request later. Let's fast forward to the day of my check out. There is no water in the shower when I go to take a shower. There is no running water! After reporting it to Constance, she was unconcerned. After explaining that this has been my worst stay: the ringing phones and hold times, moving rooms, and no water, I was irritated. Then I bring up the late accommodation. She harshly told me she couldn't help me since I didn't book through Marriott. Accusing me of passive aggression! Yes, she spoke to me that way. After I asked the GM and Marriott about this incident, I was told they could only give me until 12/12:30pm, not 1pm, due to bookings. Nearly two hours have passed. There is still no water to shower with. Don't stay here, it is expensive and you won't be satisfied with the service.
