達拉斯市中心AC飯店(AC Hotel Dallas Downtown)

The hotel made me pay for a late checkout. As a Marriot Bonvoy Silver Elite member, late checkouts are one of the benefits. I’ve stayed at multiple AC hotels across the country and I’ve only experienced this issue with this particular location. This is not the first time. They need to honor their member benefits!

Check-in was easy, the hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, our room was facing Commerce Street and was extremely loud at night due to vehicles and that with the noise from an older AC vent made it really difficult to sleep. It also looked like the comforter had been stained by a previous guest.

This property is in desperate need of some maintenance TLC as well as some concentration on customer comfort. The down pillows were like laying on paper. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was so watered down it was unusable. The shower door didn't close (reported and not fixed). The bathroom counter was not connected to the wall and anything more than a light touch would cause the counter to "fall off" towards me (reported not fixed). It could have hurt me if I hadn't noticed right away. They wonderfully put us 15 feet away from the elevator. In the "elevator lobby" of the floor we were on they had music playing and we could continue to hear it playing loudly in the middle of the night as we were sleeping. Not to mention the people screaming and yelling as they come out of the elevator.

Sophisticated but relaxed decor set the tone for chilling out or revving it up for a night out celebrating! Updated fixtures and lighting throughout kept it cozy. Wonderful bed made me want to linger! Staff was Awesome!

The AC would not cool down. The toilet got stopped up and it took 30 mins and 2 calls to get a plunger to the room. Shower would not get hot. Parking was confusing and valet expensive.

We had a one night stay in Dallas and it was nice for that amount of time. I was not blown away by the hotel but I wasn't uncomfortable either. Generally a decent hotel.

Needed to request cleaning daily and had to continue to remind the front desk even after making the request

Lots of hidden charges over $400 showed up in my credit card account. Sad to see dishonest way of running a business.
