達拉斯 I-30 克雷爾山歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill)

The front desk service was very attentive and thorough. The breakfast is decent. The hotel itself was a pleasant experience. However, we had a UHaul truck parked right in front of the hotel and the driver door lock was popped out, the dome light broken, and the ignition broken off rendering the truck non drivable. They tried to steal the whole truck!! The police said it is a common occurrence so beware, the area is known for theft.

I love th elocation, the staff is awsome, the room was fresh an clean.

Me entregaron una avitacion mal, reserve una de dos recamaras y me entregaron una de una recámara, no deberían de permitir esta situaciones, el sofá cama no es nada cómodo. Me enteré cuando llegue al cuarto porque cuando llegue en la recepción no m dieron lo que hicieron!

There may be nothing at all wrong with the Hampton Inn & Suites at Cockrell Hill; that's not my issue. The issue I had was frustration over an attempt to register for a room at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas West (the property next door) and being redirected through either search engine optimization or overly-aggressive marketing of more expensive rooms instead. Believing I had a room booked at my first choice (Fairfield, where a friend was staying), I arrived at Fairfield to find that they had no reservation for my wife and me. After and hour of waiting for the results of my inquiries, we found a room elsewhere. At this point, I am not in any mood to consider using ******* or any other online booking agency again. Next time I will make my reservations by phone.

It was a very good stay in the breakfast. Was decent just wish the rooms were a little bigger.

The location was the primary reason for the selection. This hotel is located right between Downtown Dallas and 360/I-30 for quick access in both directions without the heavy traffic. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

My family and I were in the area for an event and a fun weekend away. This hotel was a short convenient drive away from all the places we visited. The staff was so friendly at check in! The room was one of the better rooms I have ever stayed in from any establishment. Super clean. The next time we are in the area, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night it sounded like a party was going on all night on our floor. At around 11:00, we called the front desk and asked them to do something about it. Someone called our room about 15 minutes later and said they came up and walked the hall, but heard nothing. She asked if she could have us point her in the right direction. My husband walked down the hall and was immediately able to tell where the noise was coming from. We told the lady from the front desk when she came up. She promised to take care of it, but the noise continued throughout the night. The second night was better as the people making the noise checked out. I made sure because if they hadn’t, we were going to ask to change rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we could see into the hallway through the large gap between the door and wall. This caused our room to be flooded with light at night, and reduced the feeling of safety and privacy.

Room looked clean but bathroom was dirty. Dirty as in dry blood on wall and pube hairs on toilet.
