I booked an accessible room for myself and my disabled father in order to be close to the hospital for a planned surgery. Although I booked an accessible room and confirmed that the room was accessible upon check -in, upon entering the room, there were NO accessible features for mobility. My father was not able to independently use the toilet and could not use the bathtub at all. Management did not offer any solutions or assistance to locate it accommodations or to improve safety in our assigned room. I never heard from the general manager. Although our room was comped, upon my request, he also cancelled my reservation, so it appears that I never checked in within the Marriott system. Very shady as I then cannot leave a review directly on the and also denies me a night stay which should count toward my status. I have filled a report with Marriott as well as an ADA violation report. If you need any accessibility features, I strongly advise selecting another property. Additionally, these rooms, although recently renovated, have older ACs that do not comfortably or evenly cool the room. My shower had a handle completely broken off with a hole in the tile. The computers at the business center were password locked and unable to be accessed per the front desk, and the mobile key feature is not available despite being listed as available on the app.
