達拉斯喜來登飯店(Sheraton Dallas Hotel)

Overall we would stay again. I will say that for it to have been a Labor Day weekend and the weekend that a famous singer was having a concert in Dallas, they shouldn’t have been short staffed. We waited for a luggage cart that never came and valet service was very backed up when we arrived. Everyone was very nice though which I loved.

Im not one for negative reviews but i gotta say i was kot expecting the room to be as hot as it was. The AC was completely messed up. It would not cool amd read 74. Engineer came out and lowered it to 60 but it was still warm as the night went on. Toilet on first use became clogged no trash can in the room only one was in the bathroom and the phone was not operational. AC was my biggest issue especially being on 9 out of 20 plus floors. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN!

This hotel was very big! It was nice and clean and lots of places to choose from to eat, inside and around the hotel! I slept like a baby during my stay but my sister said she could hear the doors slamming next door, but other than that I loved this place!

Worn hotel that has seen better days. Windows were dirty. Small hotel pool with guests swimming in their underwear. Venezuelan host at breakfast got our nationality mixed up in his attempt at dazzling us with his language skills. Electric toothbrush disappeared after room cleaning. Hotel tried to overcharge us for the stay. Elevator by the parking garage doesn’t work, etc. That being said, the hotel breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and the showers had plenty of hot water. If the price had been 150 per night it would have been ok.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PROPERTY WITG YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. The property itself was lovely. But I was double billed for the room. They recognized the problem immediately and said they would reverse the charges and it would take 3-5 days. I checked out 19 days ago and am still waiting. After calling and emailing numerous times the staff is always friendly and apologetic but nothing has been done. I am told repeatedly the charge will be reversed and it will be 3-5 business days. As of tomorrow I need to pay the credit card. So their error is now an out of pocket expense. That’s $700 for an overnight stay. They are unconcerned.

Wasn’t aware it was a National Cheer Championship weekend. Went to the Draft Sports Bar & Lounge and we got there right after it opened shorty after 5pm. Waited over an hour to get an appetizer while others that came after us got their food & service. Kept asking out waiting & he would only say it’s coming. After a hour we got out nachos & they were cold. Made us late for a concert.

Hotel is in a great location and around a bunch of things you should see and all in walking distance. But the service left us not liking our stay. Check in was the worst! We stood in line for 45 mins and by the time we got up to the counter to check in they told us our room was not ready and they couldnt give us a time of when it would be. An hour and 45 mins later we got our room keys. Check in time is advertised to be at 3pm. We didnt get access until 5pm. We ate at one of the restaurants while we waited and they were running behind as well. So i am guessing it was a staffing issue maybe? Or maybe they were not ready for the big groups that showed up? And on top of that the room is very basic. Nothing fancy. Not worth the price. But very cleaned.

We came to Dallas for a Cheer competition so we expected to have delays in checking in. We arrived at 1:00 pm since we received a message from Marriott group that our room was ready. At check in the room was not ready and it took another 4 and a half hours until our room was finally ready. As I stated I expected a delay because of the cheer competition but since I received a message saying the room was ready I expected it to be ready. The hotel clerk laughed saying that everyone got that message! Fix the system! The cleaning staff were overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in and that should have been addressed long before since they knew for months that folks were coming for the competition. Outside of the delay our overall experience wasn’t that bad.
