El baño estaba mal, se salía el agua de la regadera y se empapaba todo el baño, el lavabo con las orillas viejas, daba mal aspecto. Y pedimos una hora más para hacer check out y nos cobraron $50 usd por una hora.
No regresaría ni lo recomiendo.

I booked this due to the positive reviews that I read. There was a very strong odor when we walked in and I assumed there was a water leak or sewage issue. Someone in my party thought it was maybe incense. The lobby was beautiful and the hotel was clean. The room was fine except that there is a major pressure issue when the toilet is flushed or shower used and there were noises throughout the night related to this. Overall, the stay was fine but I would probably not return.

I think the property is fine, valet attendants are amazing. However, our room was never cleaned while we there even though we did not have anything to prevent it such as do not disturb on door. We had to call for extra towels due to housekeeping never coming to clean on their own. It was an anniversary trip so this was a bummer, but outside of that, property is fine and things are clean, staff is nice.

Hotel was great! However trying to get a manager to call after an issue is extremely difficult and frustrating.
Valet was the worst. Not covered so don’t get your car detailed. My passenger seat was declined and damage to drivers seat. Hotel managers refuse to call and Jordan the valet manager takes no accountability for 2 cars! Sad! Ruined my bachelorette party weekend.

Our first visit to the hotel. Totally enjoyed it. The room was very nice and modern. Only negative is that there needs to be better lighting in the bathroom. Wife said putting on makeup was difficult.
Pool area was very nice and service was super.

They did send us ice until I called several times which took over 2 hours. The noise was unbearable over night with hot rodding taking place and people fighting around the hotel.

The Joule is a jewel! My wife and I stayed in downtown Dallas recently, and this was our first time in the Joule. The hotel is beautiful in every way, but the best thing about this place was the people. From the people who went above and beyond to help us us at check-in, to the valets, to the servers in the on-site restaurant, the employees of The Joule are top-notch. I can't imaging staying anywhere else the next time we come back to Dallas.
