Great hotel, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Good location in town with easy access to dining and entertainment. I would recommend anyone coming to Dallas to stay here at the Studio 6 Dallas.

Convenient location and the rooms are very clean and good size. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. We chose this hotel because we were going to a concert at the American Airlines Center downtown. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

I was there for an overnight Stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I'm was very pleased with the hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Walking distance to venue and multiple restaurants. I will definitely be returning.

Our room was very clean, good-sized, and comfortable. The location is perfect in my opinion. Everything needed is within walking distance of local transit. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Housekeeping is respectful and polite. The total stay has been a pleasant one for me. I do appreciate them and their hard work. Very friendly employees. It’s affordable they keep the rooms clean and it feels safe. Excellent service here. Very friendly and helpful. Big Thumbs Up!! Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay! Check-in was quick and welcoming. Very comfortable place to stay. Clean and to be honest nice little apar**ent cause that's how it felt! The property is well kept. The rooms and the outside facilities were very clean, with lots of space, and comfortable beds. I loved being able to use the kitchen. I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was so amazing and uplifting. The location was perfect, easy access to the hotel from the highway.

My stay was terrible woke up to roaches crawling on my husband, roaches in the bathroom, hair in bathroom and blood was on the wall. I will never go back there and my sister room was the same

I was a the lower level and the upstairs people were being to loud at 3am i called the fron desk and they didn't do anything about it. So i didn't get rest the whole night. All i got from the front desk was an im sorry

The property is amazing when it comes to their features, update, and service. The structure of the building however does not allow for comfort. I could hear every door opening and closing. My room was on the first floor and I could hear every step the person above me made: to the bathroom, to the kitchen, to the bed, back to the bathroom. I could not sleep and it did not lend to comfort.
