Amazing service, beautiful decor and room, outstanding pool, wonderful breakfast!!

Modern fun hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Very close to 95 ( no noise from highway)Was less than a $10 Uber ride to HardcRock cafe where we saw a show. Lovely pool area. Nice breakfast next morning. 😀😀👍👍

Just stayed one night to catch flight in the morning after cruise. It is convenient to the airport and the shuttle is nice. Property is clean as well though the pillows on beds are definitely a value brand. Its not near any attractions so be prepared to uber or cab to anything you wish to see. My main problem is with the dinning. Service from staff was poor(didn't bring any spoons when serving tea). The food was expensive( I know people have to make a living but not a killing). And to top it off they are barely going through the motions but they are quick to put their hand out for a tip!! Let me give y'all a tip. Stop ripping of business and leisure travelers with sky high Florida tourist trap prices and get some wait staff who do more than just barley show up and put out thier hand like you're staying at the Four Seasons.

Only a 10 minute Uber from the airport, check in was very easy, my room did have some issues when I arrived such as the bathroom door was loose and kept locking people in the bathroom, the body wash dispenser was empty, not enough toilet paper, the good news is that they were able to remedy these issues quite fast but I still had to make numerous visits to the front desk. Also the toro restaurant that we were looking forward to enjoying on our long weekend trip was close Sunday/Monday which were the only two days we were there. Overall the property was clean and well taken care of and there was barely any body by the pool which was a very nice treat.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It's so nice and clean! We had dinner at Toro Kitchen, which is in this hotel, and it was AMAZING! for the first time in many years we felt that we got more than we had paid for by staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Im Zimmer gabs keine Badetücher und keine kleinen Seifen und Body lotions. Keine Reserve Toilettenpapier. Der Aufsatz der Toilette war derart lose, dass er sehr wackelte. Die Restauration des Hotels mit nur 2 kleinen Restaurants ist dürftig, qualitativ und ambiancemässig. Das Essen war unter jeder Kritik. Amerikaner finden die Burger wahrscheinlich gut, aber für Europäer mit einem gewissen Qualitätsbewusstsein war das Essen nicht mehr wie ein Frass. Bestellten grilled vegetables. Serviert wurde verkochtes Gemüse und ein ausgetrocknetes Stück Huhn, ungeniessbar! Die Einrichtung der beiden Restaurants ist einfach, kalt und ungemütlich. Von einem 4-Sternehaus hätten wir mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer als solches war in Ordnung. Lediglich im Bad fehlten Sachen, siehe oben.

Easy check-in. Room and facility neat and clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will be staying at this hotel again.
