While most of the staff is friendly don’t bother booking rooms with refrigerators they aren’t there and sometimes lights aren’t working and tv remotes are missing

Too many ******************* and homeless guests. Filthy room.

Al llegar me indicaron que habían cancelado todas las reservas de *******, que en un Motel 6 cercano en Fort Laudardale estaban instalando a quienes se quedaron sin hospedaje y era mentira. Al llegar allí nadie sabía nada y tuvimos que hacer una reserva nueva. No me devolvieron el dinero.

El lugar es horrible aparte que la limpieza es mala. Toda la noche escuchas personas discutiendo un ambiente pesado. Nos dormimos con mucho miedo que fuera a pasar un crimen y no nos sentíamos seguros. Nos fuimos a las 5 am ya que mis papás que también estaban y les tocaron la puerta de la habitación a las 2 am una persona desconocida y ella abrió pensando que éramos nosotros y era otra persona. Toda la noche música y personas hablando y discutiendo en resumen de todo jamás lo recomiendo. Fue la peor noche de nuestras vidas.

Cancelaron mi habitación por overbook , nunca me notificaron , nada .. evita este lugar a toda costa ..no merecen negocios ..jugar así con la tranquilidad del cliente ..😔😔😔

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. The first room we had the ceiling started dripping water all over the bathroom floor. We were given another room. That bathroom sink leaked all over the floor so we put towels on the floor. When we first got to the room there were no towels. We asked for towels and the receptionist told us to go back to the first room and get those towels. The floor in the second room was so dirty I had to wear shoes at all times. I would not recommend staying here ever.

I stayed there a few years ago and it was pretty decent. NOW It wasn't filthy , but needed attention. Apparently the room above us had a serious leak in the bathroom. The ceiling in our bathroom was major peeling and had mold. Obviously a prior problem. The next morning it was pouring rain on our bathroom floor . Upon checking out I notified the desk the maintenance man happened to be there as well they said we think there is a crack in the tub upstairs! As compared to way this place was a couple years ago, I would have to just simply say it's a little rough.
