舒眠達尼亞灘飯店(Sleep Inn & Suites Dania Beach)

This place was old, outdated and room was filthy. Couch was disgusting, carpet was so old, dirty and dingy. It smelled terrible and musty and there was puke (or something) all over the wall by the toilet. Thank goodness we were only there for a night. We flew in in the evening and flew out the next morning for our actual destination. Breakfast was limited but better than nothing. Guy at the front desk was super nice when we checked in, but because of how dirty and gross is was we would never stay here again. Especially for $213.76 w taxes and fees.

This hotel was actually better than I expected. My flight got canceled, and I was stuck in Fort Lauderdale for 2 nights. I wasn't trying to spend too much money on a hotel but also didn't want to stay in a cheap motel. When I arrived the room was nicer than I anticipated. Rooms are updated. They had a microwave, which was a plus for me. I arrived after 11p and staff were helpful and friendly. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it was clean and plenty of restaurants near by. Hollywood beach boardwalk is only 10 minutes away. I would stay again.

Good: Comfy beds, slept well, hot shower, fine AC, good breakfast. Airport shuttle runs hourly 5am-11pm with reservation. Bad: Staff did not seem very happy or service-oriented but were ok. Halls smelled of cigarettes. Room had slippery floors from unrinsed soap. Pullout couch lacked sheets or blanket even though we paid for five guests in a two-queen room. And the couch mattress stank of urine. Room was in ok but not best repair.

Very nice front desk staffs and very clean room. Would be better if the free shuttle could pick me up from the airport (they told me they need ~1 hour to pick me up when I got there because there were too many people ahead of me, so eventually I called an uber myself).

I have been staying at this Sleep Inn since 2001 when I'm going on a cruise and returning. We were there 3 nights this stay. It has really gone down hill. The breakfast use to be great,now just cereal, a waffle or yogart. The rooms commode is like grade school height. The hair dryer was broken and they didn't have a replacement one. A/C never got the room cooled down. Our friends room was nice and cold. Maintenance lacking. Sink faucet leaks around the top when you turn water on. Shower handles very loose. Front desk people were nice and very apologetic.
