Sat in the lobby for 6 hours waiting on room. They held our luggage but then accidentally delivered to someone else’s room so for a couple of hours it was missing. They gave us a $10 meal voucher for our inconvenience. Nothing on the menu at their restaurant was under $10. Would not go back.

What a beautiful, sleek, modern hotel, love to stay in Marriott AC, especially need to say thank you to Kristina at front desk, love her smile, friendly, helpful, she is a gem! The restaurant in hotel, food is tasty, staff are amazing, room is clean!! love the area around, shops and restaurants! Definitely will stay in Marriott for next trip!!!

Modern hotel, very clean, comfortable bed and nice large room and shower. Safe area with a lot of dinning and shopping options, very walkable. The airport transportation was very convenient. It was confusing at first because of the previous reviews I read. You must call the front desk on arrival and inform them you require an airport pickup. For our return to the airport the shuttle runs every hour automatically. We meet Robert Hunter at the front desk. He checked us in and gave us a lot of information. He has such a beautiful personality, very warm and welcoming. Every time we passed by the front desk we stopped and chatted with him. Such excellent customer service! I defiantly will return to this hotel when in the area.

Awesome so far! We got here 6 hours before normal check in time and they let us hang by pool until room was ready, which they put on priority. Ended up getting into our room about 12 instead of 4. Very nice upscale hotel with cloud like mattresses

The pros are the cleanliness of the room, lovely staff and the excellent comfort of the beds. We slept well! The negatives were the minimalism (too many hard surfaces, little comfort), the shower flooding the bathroom floor, and no coffee setup in our room, forcing us down to the restaurant long before I wanted to be there just to find caffeine. While I liked that the Marriott was on the other side of the building, it was a pain to navigate through the gym to get to their restaurant. Parking was not convenient, especially in driving rain and it was difficult to figure out which elevators to you to the AC vs the Marriott.

Nicole at the front desk was awesome & very accommodating. Room was spacious & clean. I only wish there was a microwave in the room. Gym & pool were great. Bottles of water were available for no charge. The pool was nice if it wasn't so cold that day. Airport shuttle available to FLL & breakfast. Overalll a great time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was super attentive, and the facilities were well laid out. The only negative is that the area is still being developed and there is construction all around. When that is complete, this hotel will be a jewel and probably no longer affordable, but I will want to stay here again.

We had a short trip and this is our second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean, rooms and restrooms are very spacious. The only thing we observed negative was the breakfast was disorganized and pricey for what you received. Definitely recommend this hotel!
